Oh thank you! I ended up dropping it, but at least I know it didn't come up again.

The FL's uncle killed her mother in a fire because he was obsessed with her and she rejected him. FL was a little girl, but as she grew up she resembled her mother and the uncle turned his sights on her. FL was bullied by the uncle's wife/daughter so she sets out to get revenge on them and the uncle and she does. If you like revenge stories I think you'd like it. I did.

Has to be the Dowager Empress hamming it up just before she died. The way she widened her eyes so all the white was showing. She made me laugh so much!

This was a great drama. Binged in one go.

My favorite part.

HE. FL had the most creative way to get rid of the villains in the end.
