Well not really. the ML having to work to earn the FL's forgiveness. trust and love IS an essential part of a romance. The lovey-dovey parts have to be earned. We need to see him woo her properly and it's better to do it when she's his wife rather than when she's still a maid.

I refuse to accept that I'm the only one to realize that Tomoyo is autistic. The final episode makes it clear but the whole series was clearly laying the breadcrumbs for that since the very first episode. I wouldn't watch this again, I barely watched this since I started FF with episode 4, but if say a KDrama would do the same premise, I would watch.
