Because the story is mostly set in the present where the FL needs to be 30.... The youth part is past which has very less screen time... So....

I started watching thinking first 2 in the casting list are ML & FL (YZ & ZWY) . BUT HALF WAY through i saw her…
No ZWY and YZ can never be an endgame because both of them are cousins in both novel and drama... FL never saw him as her lover... But ML develop feelings for her and does everything so that FL can be safe... However he slowly lost her love for him because of one big crime and he got lonely forever hence the title 'Lost you Forever'
