Well this is not a contemporary romance drama... It deals with lot of mental issues... After watching all three trailers...I think there are going to be lot of mental health issues cases, including the tragic past lives of all the four main character... So that's why it has 40 episodes...

But as far as I have seen the trailers and after reading the synopsis... I think the romance will be a bit different here... Here the psychologist will herself face quite a lot of problems of her life... She had a traumatic childhood, her clinic gets closed, one of her best friend gets involved in third party case, she discovers a very dark secret about her master which leds to a big shock of her life, her master gets caught in a scandal, her mother getting Alzheimer's and also being used by a good friend... All these events led to her depression and she again starts to sleepwalk... So here the romance is gonna work as a light in her world and pull her out of her worries and trauma

Doesn't look like he is gonna be the 2ML since the emperor is interested in some other girl...
