A lot of people don't know if the man under the umbrella in the last episode was MWJ or YG. And that's the point. You can choose. The director of the drama did all those hints about who this person might be on purpose. If you want to believe it was MWJ - no problem. He had a green umbrella in the car and that's a valid point. But for me it was YG. The director wouldn't show his thumb move in the last episode for no reason. As we know a kiss was the key to start the robot and that's what Da Da did before she left Kronos Heaven building, so we can assume that he somehow came back to consciousness. Also the same green umbrella appeared in episode 5 when YG came for his girlfriend because he didn't want her to get wet from the rain. I'm sure that the director wanted to recreate in the final episode a scene with the umbrella from episode 5. As for the height of the person under the umbrella - it's definitely NOT MWJ, because he's much taller. It was most likely YG, he's about this tall. If you think about it we can also see the same green umbrella in episode 9, when Da Da came running in the rain to YG and she handed him the parasol. It's something I kind of associated with YG. When Da Da saw the man under the umbrella she did seem extremely shocked and frozen. Next she smiled warmly. It's been three years and Da Da was for sure waiting for Young Goo to come back. After all, he's a robot and a lot of weird things happened in the drama, so I'm sure Da Da has been hopeful during those years that a miracle can happen and her love will come back to her. I'm pretty sure that the screenwriter's first intention was to allow Da Da and Young Goo to have a happy ending, but since the author of the manga was against it, they went for an open ending. Thanks to it the viewer can decide who the mysterious man in the final episode was.
