Yes, definitely, you can watch Dr. Romantic Season 3 directly, but I highly recommend watching Season 1 to understand the background of Doldam Hospital and its people, especially the main character Kim Sabu's intriguing history. Season 1 will also give you an insight into one of the major plot points of Season 3, the Trauma Center, which Kim Sabu had wished to open since the start of the series and is finally coming to fruition in the upcoming season. 🥰
