This movie is soo good, totally worth a watch!!

what are you talking about, this is a fantasy story and King Gwanggaeto the Great is a historical drama, where is the connection

Spoiler: Plot around episode 15 ML and FL are in britain, FL and her mom try to escape the country because of moms debt, FL gets into a car accident, ML thinks she died, she actually survived but can't walk anymore (she recovers later). They contacted ML best friend who took them back to china, who is also in love with FL. She never contacts ML. ML returns to china, gets engaged with 2nd FL, FL gets engaged with 2nd ML. At this point the story became too ridiculous, who in their right mind would do this? Just for some little pride (not having anything and not even being able to walk) is not a solid enough reason for me.

It's on youtube but not subbed, the synopsis is not very accurate, nothing romeo and juliet about it, if you have watched other dramas from the same time period you know how tropey it can get. It's watchable until around episode 15 when it turns into a shipwreck. None of the female characters (including mothers) around the ML seem to have normal functioning brains, they are very cruel.

The plot and ancting is worse than those of vertical dramas, absolutey ridiculously bad.

he's got a smaller role, at the beginning not too outstanding but later on his character becomes pretty awesome, he really shone then. if you just care about his character and not the drama it's not really worth it, just watch some clips.

That website only has 1 1/2 chapters translated. Over the net theres only translations till chapter 8 out of 78 sadly.

That's not the novel from Tong Hua, but based on the drama.
