i'll take this space to appreciate and yes, promote the drama MISSING CROWN PRINCE. to everyone who's missing out on such a masterpiece, i request humbly to give it a patient watch. Thank You
The seemingly low ratings im sure it's not because of the drama but (i mean no offence) because there's an EXO member in it. The fan wars i mean. There doesnt go a day peaceful among fandoms . I don't need to spell the rest out i guess.
I really like this drama, but the fact that every single character has a full-on tragic story is a bit too much.…
the only characters with tragic backgrounds for real are the male and female leads. the other characters, they havent faced half the things the leads did. of course there were people who were bullied, i mean severely bullied, but they at least had help. they were helped out even without them asking for help. however, that is not the case with Soo Heon or Chan Mi. my guess, the leads experiencing deaths first hand is to show how they stay strong and have each other's company when they are all alone in the world with no one said to be their own. hence, siblings' deaths and a parent's.
in spite of his tolling death, i dont think if the ML survives it would be a plot hole. the writers can show it as the ML getting the surgery and surviving it. not to mention in the first episode the doctor said that Soo Heon would live normally with side effects of fatigue and personality changes if he stays on medication and if he gets the surgery which would be super risky it would still have chances of survival though it would come with some serious changes in daily life. plus i guess the doctor had already told ok chan mi (ep 10) that without surgery if the tumor doesn't grow, then Soo Heon gets to live, not 6months or 1 year, but until he can hold on. he said "....how we live everyday" or something along the line.

I mean the guy who ran out in the start of ep 5, i think that is maybe Soo Heon instead (maybe. Maybe he followed Chan Mi). And Jae Boem trying to get close to him may have something to do with his own suspicions as i said. Or maybe because he's tring to avoid O Sung because he doubts Sung to be dangerous and hence befriending the ML. Next, the cafe guy is suspicious because Won Seok was his only friend and saviour in the whole school. And instead of reporting his friend dead or even following Soo Heon whom he witnessed, he dropped out of school. Well i'm sure he is not be the actual deal after all, but i think he knows who the culprit is and is in fact helping him to mislead the evidences towards Soo Heon. Everything's possible. I think at this rate I'll turn into Sherlock Holmes.:))

Answering from the last, maybe when JaeBoem followed ChanMi and the guy who ran out from there was Ji Soo Heon and that's why he's trying to get close to him. Jae Boem said when Chan Mi asked "i don't think he's the same guy who attacked you.", plus he has his own suspicions. Next i think Park Won Seok was killed out of jealousy, first maybe because he was gay and was in a relationship, plus his foster family being Christians would obviously be against him, claiming he was controlled by the devil or whatnot (hence the alcohol in his bag). Next if he was killed by O sung it was because the latter was jealous of him getting closer to Jae Boem (o sung said in today's episode "last time it was Won Seok and this time it's Soo Heon". This also suggest that O sung is trying to get Soo Heon out of pictures by killing that other boy in the garage.) Again, if Won Seok was killed by Jae Boem (let's assume that Boem was also gay) it maybe because Boem was jealous of Seok's closeness to O Sung and the cafe guy. Then again as you said the time line doesnt match, Seok died 3 months back, and Boem was in a come for 6 months, why? Because he tried to kill himself. Now if we assume that Boem is gay, then he may have tried to kill himself because of his parents thinking that being gay is wrong. Oh, and there's this secret boyfriend of Ajung who got her pregnant. And by the way she speaks of him, he seems rich. Who knows? PS. This cafe guy is suspicious too. But i think he was gay too and maybe involved in the murder and not just as a witness. But then again who knows? PPS. All i know and sure about is Ji Soo Heon isnt the culprit (i hope so) and someone other than Ok Chan Mi knows about his health conditions, that to in more details than her that Soo Heon could have a change in personality because of his tumor. Now whoever is taking advantage of his health and circumstances is making him look like the culprit and is the actual murderer or that person is trying to save the real murderer. That all i came up with.
