OK, i found some info on Gone Girl, a 20th Century Fox movie dated back to 2014. And the japanese version listed in MDL is 2016 Boku no Yabai Tsuma. I shall look for this to have a grasp of its ending to prep myself for the K version!!!

Why are people discussing about parallel universe of multiple YTYs? Isn't this drama about time travel of Futuristic Me traveling back in time to see my Past Me?

Don't time travelers from the future have the same DNA genes unique to that one person of the past? Why do people keep commenting they are not the same one person?

Though they may have different personalities and behaviours as these change over time, they are still of the same one person. Without the past, how can there be the present or the future?

Logically, if present day 2020 YTY gets killed by anyone, wouldn't that change the whole future moving forward from her death? No present, where got future?!

The YTY alias Park SunYoung who got murdered in 2010 is the one and only 2050 Yoon TaeYi , not the 2010 YTY. BTW, don't tell me to mark this as Spoiler as this is stated in this drama synopsis XD

oh, was it mentioned that he never wanted to drink with JPS because he ain't dead? i thought they've been drinking buddies for a long time already. Also, JPS ever mentioned to KW that he got detective work tips from detective friend. Hmmm... i must rewatch from Day 1 again. This is one drama i wouldn't mind going through again. 1st I do Raw, 2nd time Subbed, and 3rd time when unclear XD

Believe it'll be finale with cliffhanger leading to Season 2. Most OCN short term dramas with 11/12 episodes like Bad Guys had two seasons. Even the rating for this current drama is marked under Season 1

Hi Duncan, i think most dramas used one basic element to start the story, build it up and lengthen its development before leading us to finale - miscommunication or non communication on top of misunderstandings... Many stories and revenge plots are build on misunderstandings. Not clearing up or clarifying why this why that, leads to further development of the plot. And here we viewers would be swearing, cursing and not understanding why can't the victim/s confront and clarify with the involved parties much earlier in the plot...

How well the scriptwriter present these misunderstandings to us viewers make or break the success of the drama. Some are so confusing, unexplained and even no closure to the end!

Anyway, i think KW had asked JPS not to tell KHM that he's her son yet, because he still couldn't reveal he's there not because he's dead. So, he didn't want to shock her. So JPS respected his wish and withheld the truth.

As for not knowing each other's names, i think it's because "people" in that village don't go around introducing to each other unless they become close friends.

Both KYM & KW started off on the wrong foot when they met and she being a protective "mom" to Jong Soo, didn't like him at first instance and so didn't bother to know more about him or his name.

When she found out his real name and cried her heart out thinking he's dead, probably because almost everyone who arrived there are Missing Dead. Hence, it's only natural she regarded him as dead and not suspecting that Thomas allowed KW to be there even though he's alive.

Kim HyunMi (Wook's mom) could have been known through Detective Bok cos he also knew JPS being alive and JPS helped him visit his mother. That's how he found out the conman indirectly killed his mom because he scamped her. That was mentioned outside the room of the imprisoned conman...

Wook's mom didn't made any request to JPS because she didn't know how/where/why she died... Think they didn't have any home of their own before her death... So, even if she'd asked, JPS won't have any clue to start with...

That's my view, please correct my understanding if i'm wrong :)
