That's entirely up to you. There are a lot of people who never drop a drama. I admire that because I lack the…
I sit with things on my watch list for a long time and, by the time i start something from the list, I tend to kind of view them as old friends before the opening song has even finished on the first episode. I have a hard time turning my back on someone I've known for any length of time. (Although the last few years of politics and stuff have certainly encouraged me to learn to put them in time out for everyone's sanity.)

I've realized that I am too willing to watch to the end of a drama once I've settled down to watch it. It takes a lot for me to drop something. (Like really toxic consent issues... Homophobia... etc.) I only have one drama that I've started and stopped intending to get back to it, but I should keep that open as an option if I'm not sure that I want to just drop it. My viewing time is self-care and watching stuff that I don't enjoy is self-abusive.

Oh?? What's the tea with him? 👀
Whenever I see him in anything I just feel so gross. That young actress was my daughter's age... She was a CHILD!!! and he was in his 40s... I can't see him without wondering how many other aspiring actresses he used the same way... Especially since he didn't really seem to think that there was anything wrong with it. Why do they keep casting him? It's not like he's the only 60 year old Korean actor out there who could play these roles.

So am I. As much as I hate that American media is such a dominant global presence, I would like to believe that the popularity of Squid Game and the stand-out performances of so many of the actors in the series will encourage more people to give international series a chance.

I don't get the hype about Squid game.....
The hype is from US Netflix viewership who are afraid of foreign programmes because reading subtitles is too much work. Most have never seen anything not produced by an American mainstream studio so it doesn't take much for something to seem really edgy and original.
