This was so cute! I love the easy-going feel all the episodes had despite some tough issues being covered. So proud of Arimura Kasumi here!!! If you are thinking about whether to watch it or not, please do! Makes you feel hopeful things are gonna get better
I was a huge fan of Hirugao (a Japanese drama about affairs), so I was excited to watch this one. I really liked how they showed affairs from different points of view, and how this affects the entire family. A really good drama, with a satisfactory ending. :)
is it just me or has anyone been paying attention to the sounds that are put in? the ones that are part of do…
This so much. After watching this drama (can't wait for the last two episodes!!!) in other dramas I've watched or even in OHY, I give a lot of attention to the sounds. It makes you think how they recorded them, if it was created or real. It's really interesting. Another reason that makes this drama one of my favorites.
Jdramas are just awesome. They have an incredible variety. I've watched a lot of Jdramas, from the cheesy and cute Itazura ha Kiss to the serious and suspenseful Kazoku Game and Bloody Monday. It's exciting to know that there are many more hidden gems out there to be discovered. I've seen some Korean dramas and watching my first Chinese and Thai drama, but it'll be hard to get to the Jdrama level.
Tomohisa and Kim Hyung Joong's resemblance is real. When I first searched Playful Kiss, I was like: "What is Yamashita doing in this?" They really look similar. And the last one is hilarious. They must be lost twins.
Is the movie based on the parts that have been published in Japan? I read the first volume of the manga in English and it was definitely AWESOME. The second volume in English will be published in May, and would like to read it before the movie, if the movie covers that part.
