In my opinion, I genuinely wouldn't suggest it. I'll express what I did in my group chat: "It's giving vertical drama vibes. I'll probably finish it just to get it off my currently watching but my goodness, this is one of those "I want my hour (+) back" watches. If the story and absurd plotline still keep you intrigued, I won't stop you. I still watched it for those reasons (and due to its tiny run time), but it's just pure black flag brain rot. Don't go in expecting much of anything if you *do* wind up picking it up."

At the end of episodes 11-16, they have a brief "We'll be back with the rest of the episodes in December". Not that it makes it any better or so, but I just thought I'd mention if you happened to miss it. Sorry if you already knew though!

Oh absolutely. It has been a slow-burn treat. I feel as if perhaps the first few episodes were perhaps a bit rough for some, but with time, most of these characters have been fleshed out quite well, or at least in an enjoyable way.

It would seem so. Which is such a shame... I feel like the first few episodes really didn't do the show justice... So much has happened. If you really only watch the first few, you wind up missing out on some precious character development...
