I have to disagree, his actions so far have been very poor and his character lacks depth and is portrayed as a judge that wants others to follow the law to the letter and then goes ahead and breaks the law himself, which on top of being stupid makes him a hypocrite, I have to see some really groundbreaking stuff from him to change my opinion of him.

I can understand why people find Ga On annoying and a little bit impartial, but if you think about it, he doesn't…
He's not quite annoying rather than stupid. Sure! someone can get suspicions of others based on rumors alone and without even seeing that person, but to take invasive, law breaking actions into your own hands is quite stupid, and for a judge to boot, no matter how much Ga On is assuming, it doesn't give him the right to do the shit he is doing. and on top of that he is basically taking the law into his own hands, something he is blaming Yo Han for doing. These reasons all lead to a stupid and useless character that exists solely to explain Yo Han's actions and that's it, he isn't even a proper character, he is just a tool of the author.
I really love the premise of this one, but the triangle in it kind of puts me off, I've a terrible moment with a triangle in my own life and since then I can't really stomach it. Can someone tell me if the triangle is strong or not?
Hate to say, but first 2 eps are boring so far. I was waiting for it to air bcz premise is interesting but writing…
I had the same exact reaction to the 2 episodes, but I am hoping for improvements not clarification or answers, cuz at this point I'm looking for entertainment a lot more than answers to the boring plot. PS:I hate the SML too, his character and holier than thou attitude is really robbing me the wrong way, I skipped a bunch of his scenes too, all in all a very skippable starting episodes that does not bode well for the future.
lol priest story was such bs. kid was being bullied by everyone so he created a divided them (by putting stuff…
Totally agree and said the same thing a few comments below, the drama tried to make the kid look "evil" but all it did was show that the priest is some jealous dude that is still holding unto some grudge from decades ago, and that Kim Ga On will believe everything you tell him without any fact-checking, isn't he supposed to be a judge or something? I weep for when he presides over his own court, gullible fool. PS: The drama is really boring so far, I was expecting something totally different from the synopsis.
after two episodes I still have no idea what is going on, the acting is great and the production seems promising but the story is all over the place and I hate to say but super boring. there doesn't seem to be any stakes for the male leads, sure they are fighting for justice but none of it really affects them personally and that takes away the immersion of it. I also find the second male lead quite redundant, he simply exists to explain away Yo han's motives and past (so far) and he doesn't seem to have any depth besides that, and for me personally if a drama doesn't have romance then it must have a very good story and plot but so far this looks lacking, maybe if it had romance it wound have compensated for the subpar story. PS: also in the second episode the whole priest retelling of the past seemed stupid, I mean shouldn't a priest be all about forgiveness and all that? and whatever Yo han did as a kid shouldn't matter now, especially not switching a couple of stuff from other kids, since when did that amount to being evil? to me the priest seemed like a jealous dude that wanted some misguided payback. PSS: I'm going to keep watching just because of how hot and gorgeous Kim Min Jung looks in this.
This drama is not /that/ bad, but it disappoints me that the fantasy part is not really explored and the little…
That's exactly how I felt while watching this drama, to me it felt like there were so may great avenues that weren't explored and the fantasy element is one of them, I personally think the author took the easy way out and instead of actually writing an engaging story, they chose to focus on the cliché an an unrealistic triangle.
This one is better than the last Gummy drama we had. You know, Nine Tailed. This one just flows better. Lee Hye…
at least nine tailed had a lot of new elements in it and the conflicts in it had real stakes and had much more depth, the only issue with nine tailed was the stupid ending, besides that it was a very good and entertaining drama. This drama on the other hand is using cheap underhanded tactics such as a triangle to create fake conflicts and to fill each episode with just this fact in mind, there is no ingenuity or actual conflict involved and the Gumiho's powers here seems to be whatever the writer needs at every turn with no boundary or limit.
Today's episode doesn't have that level of comedy or that much comedy but it was a nice heartfelt episode. My…
I felt this in the third episode too, the direction that this drama is going in is complete focus on a simple triangle that we have seen so many times before, if you take out the fantasy in this drama, all you'll end up with is a very cliché drama that can't create real conflict so it resorts to using cheap methods of crating conflict like a triangle that makes no sense irl. So far this drama hasn't shown anything new and the only aspect of it that is worth a watch is the fact that it has a Gumiho in it, and that's it. there is absolutely no ingenuity in it.
