I'm on episode 7, and i'm literally struggling to continue. I understand slow burn dramas, I've watched some before.…
nice to see another like minded fellow, the only reason I wrote the first comment was because of the lack of comments that could match my mood when I dropped this, its nice to see I'm not alone in finding this drama utterly boring, and you are right the characters choices makes no since which if this was a slice of life as people are preaching then their choices would make even less sense in real life. I suggest you drop it since I did go through the same stuff you did and I also hate dropping dramas unless I physically can't watch them anymore.
I'm having the exact same issues now. This drama is not doing it for me yet everyone raves about it. The acting…
the same thing happened to me with he exception of the acting of the ML (he seems to be playing someone on the spectrum rather than someone who is confused with social interactions), I dropped it cuz nothing was happening and it was just a retelling of someones life with zero interest-inducing factors to motivate the viewers to keep watching.
It got better later. The chemistry of lead couple improved too. It's a good slow burn romance drama. You can consider…
I tried, I really did and I love shin se kyung too much to drop anything she is in, but even till Episode8 it was a struggle and i kept yawning and losing focus on it. I don't mind slow, I love slow burn if it's done right or there is chemistry(not when the girl is trying and the guy is an emotionless blob), but there are things that I just can't force down my own throat: I mean why would Ki Seon Gyeom just hang around seo dan ah after she threw him away when she was done with him like a used sock? doesn't he have any pride? she even erased his fingerprint from the entrance to her office and he still can't get the message to go away, if this is supposed to be a slice of life then in real life people get angry or at least resent the person that threw them away, not hang around them like a lost puppy. if this was Alice or Good doctor I would have understood, those guys don't get human emotions but there was no mention of him having any sort of condition, so there is no excuse for his behavior as far a I'm concerned.
dropped at Eisode8, it was just so boring, nothing seemed to be happening and I was enjoying the secondary couple a lot more which to me translates to this drama not being any good. PS: I get that my opinion might not be popular but it's mine and I'm entitled to it.
I think since Dain is not the daughter of the current King and is a nephew of the King, it may be possible for…
Thanks for the reply, I thought as well but I wasn't quite sure if it will be allowed, and assumed the reason they didn't show their marriage was because it wasn't allowed, it makes me a lot happier to know it could happen.
I loved almost every part of this drama, the ending was somewhat satisfying even though we didn't get a make out session between the leads, the comedy was really good and the plot for the most part was enjoyable although I didn't like how they used an already finished villain but thats just me. I had a question for those who are familiar with the politics of the time period that the drama is taking place in, if Sung Yi Gyum proposes to Da In, will the king allow the marriage??
did anyone else notice that in EP4 Ji oh didn't have shoes on before he and the black hand guy jumped down but on the ground he suddenly had shoes on? and I really hope the black hand dude is dead, I hate that guy.
its not a betrayal and i'm tired of the hate against her. she was an ORPHAN! there was very little chance society…
did you even read my comment? I just watched till epiosde 2, so I don't know what happens later, but even if she did say she quits, it doesn't change the fact that she chose to work for them. If she wasn't working for the enemy to begin with there wouldn't be a need for her to quit

Listen, you are clearly saying she did what she had to do to survive, ok! it doesn't mean it changes what she has done it, it doesn't change the fact that she betrayed the memory of someone who took care of her, it doesn't change the fact that when the time came for her to show at least an ounce of respect for the man who showed her kindness, she chose her career above all else, she chose money instead of her honor, she chose betrayal instead of loyalty. you can dress it up however you want but trash will always be trash even if it's wearing Dior.
Im on ep 19 i hate han shou in the part he hurt pei heng im not bias between a main lead and 2nd lead and i dont…
that's what I don't get with pei hengs character, they are married whether its real or not its none of his business, the fact that he keeps trying to get a married women is a disgrace, he deserves everything that happened to him and more.
I hope it would be like Royal secret agent that didn't have a romance tag but it had romance aplenty.
