Absolutely. I feel like it is a little slower than a lot of the dramas that are around these days and seems to focus more on the characters themselves rather than promoting the romance aspect of kdramas (which is something I personally love). It also has a cast of actors who all have great on screen synergy, so I feel that even in the boring bits it is still very easy to watch. It also doesn't hurt that Na Young, Lee Jong Suk and Ha Joon are easy on the eyes.
One of the reasons why people hated this drama is how realistic it actually was. It was so realistic that it seemed…
I feel the same. I really appreciate it for those qualities but at the same time I feel my attention being drawn in different directions. And like yourself, I am of the mind to take my time and finish it whenever the mood calls.
Well said... I couldn’t continue even an episode.. I tried to watch the 8th episode but I skipped till the last…
I get where you guys are coming from but really, I think if you guys hate it so much then you should drop it and stop stressing yourselves out about how much it seems to be getting on your nerves.
I feel you. Wang Shik has done so much physical and emotional harm on Oh Sunny. Like how the hell are they supposed…
I kind of hope they don't. I'm kind of digging that dramas these days aren't all about a love-line. But then again, they could probably bond over their mutual pain and anguish. This is a long drama too so there is still plenty of time to sort out the love-line.
I really can't wait for Sunny to get as spicy as Wang Sik. He is burning me from the inside out with so much passionate loathing that not even a bunch of playful purring kittens can quell.
Not sure about the original Luther, but I came into this as I went into watching Life on Mars, with the expectation that it would be different. If you can put aside your previous biases and keep yourself from constantly comparing the two then you might like what you see. The psychology of this story is interesting enough to keep me interested and I'm really digging the blatant disregard for personal space. I can also see some users slamming Baro as well but I don't find fault in his acting skills here. His character is believable which is why I'm continuing to watch it. If I start to see Baro more than his character then I'll stop watching but until then I'd say he's doing a decent job.
It has been so long since I have consistently been in stitches because of a drama as well put together as this one! Everything about it is just so perfectly executed-from the slapstick humour to the characters misfortunes and interactions, peppered with a well thought out love-line keep the episodes fresh. But what I appreciate the most is that even though you're distracted by the laughs, this drama shows continuity and character development without deviating from the main premise. I'm only on episode 5 so far but I'm hopeful these feels can remain sincere until the end.
Holy Macaroni this drama leaves me on the edge of my seat every week! I was not expecting to love it so passionately. The characters keep constantly squeezing my heart in small relatable ways that make it hard to breathe at times and it's only episode 10! TT^TT
