Still, if patients do not agree with sedatives, doctors can not make them, of course, when we are talking about violence, this is changing, the person who I know and who is now in this kind of hospital she did not agree for new medicine and they did not make her - of course, always there are some exeptions but exeptions does not mean a rule.

In Poland they can't hit the patiens - I know because I know many people who was in psychiatric hospitals or actually still are there. Maybe Poland is on the other planet ;).
