Khemjira…. I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I started this series. Well, The Next Prince had just ended, and this was Domundi’s next big project. I had never heard of Keng and Namping before…although I have watched quite some BLs so far. But the first episode captured my attention and never let it go from there. The story unfolded beautifully with lots of shocking moments and not always easy to recognize flashbacks. The romance between Khem and Peem developed slowly but with an intense chemistry between the two leads. The second couple’s story was adorable and I was really invested .
The performance of the actors was incredible. Namping portrayed Khem with such a beautiful innocence, and Keng was brilliant as Peem. Everytime they looked at each other one could really feel the longing they had for each other.
The OST is just brilliant and fits perfectly to the series and the scenes. Keng’s voice is just magical.
All in all, I really recommend this series to everyone who loves BL series. Domundi spoils us quite heavily this year, The Next Prince was awesome, but this is even better. Don’t know what they have in stock next, but I am looking forward to it.
