The incubation period was around 10-13 years, but they saw early signs in a 6 year-old boy. Is it because it's…
Yes, we can't trust anybody.
At some point I also wanted to slap every character in Gannibal, Goto and the villager for obvious reason, Daigo because sometimes I hope he acted calmer and not by impulse, Mashiro because why you can't just stay at home and play origami, Yuki because she blame Daigo for staying in Kuge while she advice to stay because Mashiro want it.
I think the innocent one only firefly on the river side

Rewatching first ep after ep 6.
The villagers help to bring Daigo's furniture rom the truck (without his permission)
I wonder did they already put the bug inside their house while they pretend help him.

I also realised that when they found Gin's body, her left face (upper mouth to below her eyes) was disfigured like it was eaten.

The Guy with the mask's face also been eaten on the left side

"I also curious, how Keisuke got that wound in his forehead. It almost similar with Daigo's wound."This worries…
I also curious about it😭
I mean Keisuke and Daigo already have some similarity.
They will kill for their family (at least Keisuke said he wil kill for his family)
Both of them looks brazen and almost didn't fear of anything.
Both of them can be friendly but didn't bother to said the ugly truth and fight for it.

Okay, I may be trying too hard for making both of them have similarity

10 - 13 years was average Incubation.
Reading in some case the symptoms can also appears in 50++ years, i think it wasn't really weird when 6 years old boy already developed a symptom. But the possibility that it was because this was new variant also high.

As for Gin said "16 years ago", Gin-san said it in Keisuke memory. If the patient who already developed a symptom would die within a year, and we know that Gin already developed a symptom when Kano bring her to a doctor while in Keisuke's memory she still stand up right without loosing coordination, I think it probably his memory from 1 or 2 years before. It close with mask guy story "18 years ago someone from Kuge tried to eat me".

Which is it also lead to my another question.
The doctor said when Kano bring Gin-san she really uncoordinated and almost can't move by herself. Who bring her to the forest? Did someone killed her before and then she was moved to the forest to make it like an accident? Or someone bring her to the forest while she was still alive?

Reading about Kuru disease, they said the average incubation time was around 10 - 13 years.
But 50++ years of incubation also have been reported.
Death usually happen within a year after the first symptoms appears.
I'm wondering how many Goto's family member also infected with this disease and just waiting the symptoms to appear?

Gin-san said 16 years ago someone betrayed the family, I guessed that certain person was the woman who escaped with the man with the mask.

I also curious, how Keisuke got that wound in his forehead. It almost similar with Daigo's wound.

One episode to go

P.S: also glad that the forensic doctor was survived. I thought they killed him

Another P.S.: the man with the mask was eaten on his facial first. I wonder what if they target the brain first? What if the brain of child outside Goto klan was what made "that man" survive for 75 years after his first symptom appears? What if all the Goto clan need to eat child's meat on certain age to prolong the incubation of Kuru disease, so the symptoms won't appear as quick as it supposed to be

Seriously, Mashiro?!
I know you didn't like violent, but why you approached that dude even when you know he was bad guy?.

But I'm wondering, did Mashiro have something that attract "monster" to her?
I mean "him" also approach her and give her present.
Or that entity wasn't actually a bad one? Because like the shooter said, It wasn't Goto family who make the former policeman disappeared. What if they actually protecting something more sinister?

And now I have to wait for another week

Some people probably will feel that this show is slow and boring.

Personally, I really like how the case was uncovered, slowly, with all that trouble.
All the character have weak point, They all feel exhausted at some point, breaking down, almost give up and need time to recover.
I like how grounded it was.
This is probably my favourite Japanese drama of the year.

Why does he have like no main lead roles 😭 he deserves so much more recognition!!
He played as a main role in Anohana. And that was his first film project :)

This is a mess. The games're not even that interesting except from jack of heart game. I mean, for example, king…
I agree with the games are not as interesting as season 1.
Disclaimer: I didn't read the manga, so my conclusion probably is out of place.
Come to think about it, i think the game in season 1 was created by the "creator", while face card game are created by former player who choose to stay.
The complexity was there in season 1 because it basically wasn't created by human.
I know Mira said she was the one who created 7 heart game (the game which killed Karube and Chota), but I think she only bluffing to make Arisu angry, so it easier for her to messed up his mind

It's called next stage or face card stage not because it will be more complex, but because they all have to fight face to face with former player.

Or if the game in season 1 was indeed created or designed by the citizen (former player), they intentionally make it harder and harsher because they didn't play it by themselves (in season 1). But In face card game they also need to consider their probability to win (if they want to stay in borderland). There is also the probability that they intentionally make it easy because deep down they also want to stop. 🀷

So maybe that's why game in season 2 was less interesting than season 1.

I think this was a crazy, messed up way to explain all those people were involved in a freak accident and were…
Ann probably only fainted with her eyes open.
I mean compare to Kuina who stabbed multiple time on her side chest (her lung must be ripped). Heiya who shot multiple time in her upper body while covering up Aguni (i think one bullet also hit her head). Ann only wounded on her stomach.
May be that's why she can come back in real life.

Or maybe it was just Joker playing us all along :D

Did you already watch "N no Tameni"?It's mystery, romance, drama
Woah, welcome to the club :)

I think you can also watch "Koi wa tsuzuku" or "Incurable case of Love"
The female lead in Oh My Boss also play in this series.
Takeru satoh (who play Harumichi in First Love) play as Male lead.
I wouldn't say it best drama, but if you want something light that make you feel "doki-doki", i think it will be a great choice ;)

I am not at all for smth romantic between Sana & Kotori but MAN, do I enjoy their storyline more... it feels a…
Kotori's character is so likeable 🀣.
I mean, his character make it easier to root him with Sana despite their age gap.
Their interaction is simple yet (like you said) it's uplifting.
Shout out for Nagano Mei performance as Sana. Her ambiguous response toward Ko and Kotori made her character interesting, she might be confused about what she truly feel, and it show perfectly in Mei's acting.
And I watched several Hidetoshi Nishijima's films and doramas. But never really like his performance. But I do like his performance as Kotori. I also like his performance in "Drive My Car". I think this year is a good year for him

Indeed make ur heart skip beat 😏😏😏😏
True. I also like the contrast between Maruya's bright persona and Sanada's robot aura.

Yamada and Yoshine are perfect cast for both characters

Honestly, I really want to enjoy it.
I love both Takahashi Issei and Shibaki Kou. Their dynamic was perfect in Naotora.
I also love action and mystery drama, but I'm really struggling to continue watching this series

Same. The first case was mildly interesting but the second one was really meh. What a pity both Ayase Haruka and…
I think this year wasn't really good for both of them. But at least Takahashi Issei has Koisenu Futari earlier this year. And I, personally, really enjoyed that series

I like how it says "short length series" and then there's like, 28 episodes...πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚Anyways, excited for this!!!
28 ep, but only 15 minutes per ep. Yeah, kind of short in their own way πŸ˜‹
