So I was the only one enjoying this drama? TBH i was concern about this drama because of YCY (her previous dramas don’t interest me) and LBFAD (don’t like the ending and the way it was prosecuted with all the bad guys being sooo easy to point out and FL annoyed just a little). I like the way I could feel the angst but still be able to think that oh they could still be able to have a happy ending (I want to feel all angst from different kind of lifetimes). It’s like watching different type of dramas in one go. We didn’t see much of the interacting like how it was in LBFAD so it’s hard to feel the chemistry but I think we might see more after ep 8 cause they’re on the run together now. I guess I’m enjoying more because it’s just my cup of tea since I like this type of dramas so much and I love reading novels just like this one.

Is it just me who thinks that the black shadow lord that try to assassinate Chukong sounds like immortal lord Haoxuan? I might be paranoid because I’ve seen him in so many dramas and he usually played the villain like in New life begins starring Bai jingting.

I have to agree. The CGI feels old like what they had used in 2014-2016 dramas (reminds me of SOL) I love fantasy drama especially Cdramas but this just doesn’t interest me yet. Although I’m gonna give it 4 more eps before deciding whether I want to drop it or not

I'm on ep 20 and everything is good for me. I love everything from the cinematography, ost, bgm, characters and the plot. The push and pull that the leads got going on is very interesting for me. This drama got me excited which is very difficult because none of the dramas recently released manage to satisfy me. The plot is easy to understand not like Minglan, needing me to explain it to my sister (so tiring). There's not much of The "over scheming" characters like Yanxi (might be because Zhanji is still a crown prince), ugh that got me stressed. Although it doesn't capture me like NIF did, it does give me that chilling but not stupid vibe like most dramas did. Also some people don't like the filter used on this drama but I love it, don't really like the one that focus on blue or green color like Mirror: Tale of Twin Cities. I'm not very good at explaining stuff but there we go.

I really want to watch this Drama. Xu Kai and Yang Mi in one drama, What more can I ask for? The trailer is so good and I don't really like watching urban dramas but this seems like it's gonna be a good one.

That gives me goosebumps. I also watch the other stage (wolf) and it’s so good, his fancams are so mesmerising. I didn’t know someone can make that kind of facial expressions. Oh really? Kinda disappointed with myself. Sigh, I thought I’ve seen a lot of dramas to kinda recognise the faces. Might be because I’ve been watching more c-dramas then k-dramas lately:D. I love it so much please anyone who is hesitating whether to watch it or not? pls WATCH IT cause it’s amazing. The actors might be new but they excelled at every expression. The part where they’re so happy talking about them debuting and then someone came and said something harsh, the expressions that each of them made seem very genuine. And you don’t see that on newbie actors very often. Even the extras in this drama give it their 101% .. I’ve watched a lot of dramas and never had the urge to comment before but this time it’s different. I NEED TO COMMENT ON THIS MASTERPIECE
