I doubt it's that. In the webtoon, Jaeyoung was originally going to France after graduation but since his graduation was cancelled, his admission was too.

Jaeyoung is about to graduate so him doing a Master's or getting a job makes sense. And as a character too, Jaeyoung has been pretty upfront about his feelings and also mentioned that he doesn't plan stuff, just does what he wants

The screenwriter did such a good job with the script. All changes make sense and do not take anything away from the main story

Can still watch it though. Just don't have high expectations. The production team went for looks while casting instead of talent it seems

A fan of the webtoon here. The storyline is pretty similar but the entire direction and acting is very stiff- like it's made for a 15year old

Went in with low expectations, didn't like the acting at first but the actors and their chemistry get considerably better with each passing episode.

The writer did a good job adapting the drama too. It's a very fun watch that I anticipate every week!
