What is this exactly, the adaptation of the 3rd part of the movie franchise or?
What I could understand is that both production teams bought the rights for the story independently, one - to film the movie, the other - to film the drama. The movie production started much earlier, in 2016 as far as I know, and the filming had finished before the drama started shooting (June 2017). And as it was announced last year, the drama was supposed to be synchronized with the movie release, obviously it didn't air in the end and it looks like there is a huuuuge delay there.... Maybe somebody can explain better than me.
