I think it's a multiverse. Some scientist has a theory about having parallel worlds and it is not just one world. According to them we might have multiple worlds or multiverse. Cir has different personalities on those worlds but the common thing is he will always meet phukan. One time he was stock at the time dimension and he can't go back to his world until the Cir on that world return to his own world.
