I think that they originally planned to have Sol Ah end up with Hong Jo but then decided against it? I feel like we're getting much more scenes with the second lead than scenes with Hong Jo and develop Sol Ah's relationship with Jae Sun much more. And if they indeed deleted scenes with the main lead where we might start to like Hong Jo with Sol Ah more, it would mean Sol Ah is going to end up with Jae Sun and Hong Jo is not going to be in the picture as a human...
