U can't really blame this cuz that's how beomwoo molded them. He stole recipes from restaurants, even shut them…
Yes, no shame at all because she was all smile for winning (not stealing) when it was not her recipes but the NEXT episode clarified what she was really thinking ...so... It was my emotion of that moment. For "that scene".
AND because she didn't seem that way at the beginning (wanted to be creative) AND knew what she was doing (warned Yeon Ju because she was pissed off at Beom U) made the smiling scene for winning even more shocking to me. Like: "Girl, why are you so happy to win when it's not your recipe? What happened to your pride?"
That was my reaction. Even if I understand she was under pressure then, but things got explained in the last episode.
The difference between the staff and the brothers is that the brothers thought they were right, that it was the normal way to do things and people got money for it, it was no big a deal. Beom U even thought he was cool, whereas the staff knew it wasn't cool but wanted to keep their job. I don't blame them for that. I'm not saying they were villains, anybody working for big companies have to do things they don't like, they have bills to pay. I was just judging her happiness for winning in that scene, but it turned out that she wasn't that happy after all. And I don't think that they "finally realized" they were part of that system, I think they knew all along, just like anybody working for bigger companies, they just had enough at some point. They chose their happiness over money in the end.
Anyway, aren't you taking my comment too seriously? Can't I be mad at a fictional character for something they did in a scene? It was not a critic on the whole show,, or real people in real life. Just me me and my pop corn being mad at that chef in that episode.

In the first comment I meant that she was proud of winning, but she should feel bitter because it wasn't with her cooking, although I understand she was about to lose her job, she panicked, and in the second comment, I meant that she was proud (at the beginning of the show) of her cooking, she wanted to be creative in her work and not just copying, that's why I found peculiar to see her happy to win that way, BUT the final episode reveals that she didn't feel that way after all and still had pride in her own cooking. I think they knew what they did was wrong, but wanted to keep their job, that chef even tried to warn Yeon Ju the first time she met her, whereas the brothers were manipulated emotionally from birth. So the misled ones were the brothers and the staff went with their plans because they know how scary Hansan is and wanted to keep their jobs. Maybe the 3 stars made them more greedy for a little while but they seemed to know better than the brothers what they were doing.
They will next two episode we get more relationship dynamic jeez
Ok so I went to rewatch the break up scene again and those two weren't there, and Bom didn't hear the "player" part, just the "boring " part so that may explain why they can still play and laugh with him while Tae Yang is still pissed off.

There are many drama with just one episode a week . I usually wait before watching those, but I didn't plan watching Spring of Youth, I just started it because the poster was cute but had no idea what it was about, or there were real musicians in it. Ha Yun Joon looks promising!

Yes, he said to Bom that he would explain later or something along the lines but the others didn't get any explanation or apologies. He comes and goes and just say anything he likes, he was rather harsh with them then acted like it never happened. Only Tae Yang has a normal reaction lol.

I'm sure they will, but I still have to wait a week between each episode and nothing was revealed in the latest episode. U_U hence my frustration... I can't wait for them to clear some misunderstandings. It still surprising that they accepted him back in the group without explanation.
I have a question about Sim Family tree. Kkot Nim, Lady Ha (Jae Yi's mom), Min Yeon Ui, Was he married first, then got a lover, then married again to Min? Or was he married to Min Yeon Ui, had a concubine and a lover? Not sure where Jae Yi's mom was in that story.

Older than what I thought. They looked like babies!
