I have the feeling that the secret person who owns 10% of the company is Ram and she doesn't even know it. Maybe the ML's father wants to adopt her to trick her.
If he really wanted to adopt her because he cares, he would have done so when she was orphaned, years ago,

Title Lie to Me
OMG, this one was bad! I enjoyed the first few episodes but then.....Dear writers, when you set certain characters…
At the end, when the FL leaves, I felt the same way and I wrote:
All of a sudden, the FL wants to ‘find herself’ by moving alone for a few months on Jeju island. I don’t know what she lost and I still don’t understand what she found. At the end, after yet another needless misunderstanding, she finally agrees to go with him.
The cheater husband was bad and his mistress wasn't so nice either.
But the person I disliked most in the drama is the sister Pan.
She is the one who found the truth first. But instead of thinking and processing this information, she quickly told everything within seconds and called her mother to announce it, relishing on the details (we learned that her mother had a weak heart).
She lied several times that her half-brother slept with her and we saw it on her face how happily she told the lie. She clearly enjoyed worsening the situation and creating this havoc.
Finally she added more chock by secretly leaving home, not contacting anyone for two years.
I was mad that at the end, she felt that a small letter would fix it all.
I understand that the mother had reasons to be angry but going to the mistress's house to try to hurt and kill her but making all this mess was an overreaction. I believe that she has dormant mental issues which is why she went crazy. No woman with children would turn so crazy all of a sudden and shut down just because her husband cheated on her.
The FL overreacted as well. Sure, they had financials problems after, but so much revenge was not necessary, especially on the ML, the person who was not responsible for this mess.
These 3 females shrieking and crying were pathetic.

One of the sisters is a lawyer, a very bad lawyer that I would never hire.
What good lawyer would advice her family to spend almost all the family's savings on the renovations of a store when the lease is up in 4 months? And this based only on the fact that they've been renting the store for years. No guarantee, no new contract to keep the lease.

I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but my vague memory is that he wants to get revenge on her family,…
The FL's grandpa didn't do anything wrong. When the 2 grandpas opened the store, there was no agreement to expand and share the recipes with large companies. The ML's grandpa decided to go against the original agreement while the FL's grandpa wanted to keep the original way. It's the ML's grandpa that caused the problem, not the FL's grandpa. Hence, the ML's revenge is out of line.

I find that the ML is a very weak character with no charisma. Completely lacks leadership, power and authority.
He can't seem to get over that accident from 24 years ago. Continuously hiding in the water at the bottom of the pool each time there's a problem or he's stressed is pathetic for a grown man.
His life has been directed by his father and he has no backbone.
I don't even like the face of the ML in this drama. His hairstyle is bad and makes him look like a teenager. He wears lipstick that's too shiny. In some scenes, he and the FL have almost the same color of lipstick.
I don't feel any chemistry from him towards the FL. She is awesome in her role and I love her strong character.

Within the first few minutes into the drama we see the parents drive away in a nice car without seat belts. The first thing that came into my mind was "No seat belts?"
Then the accident happens. Of course, the parents die. Seat belts exist for a reason.

The costumes were very nice and bright.
At certain scenes, the jewelry, especially the gold bracelets looked so real and beautiful on screen!

I can't believe ep 19. It's atrocious.
The ML is confronted by his long thought dead friend Badin and he realizes Badin is the bad guy. Then he turns all soft and doesn't want to hurt Badin! He usually doesn't hesitate to kill a criminal, but now it's his former friend and he's trying to talk nicely to him. He loses all rational thinking.
Badin almost kills him and the FL shoots and saves the ML. Then the ML holds the bad guy and cries. That's sick! When the good officer Han was killed, the ML was barely touched and certainly didn't cry. But when his ex friend Badin, who killed dozens of people dies, the ML cries and sobs loudly... for hours. Unbelievable.
At ep 3, the governor's son Lersen already knows that Saming is not a bad guy and that he didn't kill the policemen but was framed. He also knows the police there is corrupted.
All he has to do is pick up the phone and call his father, the governor, and ask him to intervene. There must have been at least one phone in the village in 1969. But surprisingly, he does nothing. Nor his assistant. Very bizarre.

I couldn't stay far enough from this kind of ML! Mommy's boy that is manipulated both by his mother and ex-wife. Awful to his new wife. I would NEVER go back to an ex who treated me very badly and didn't protect me. Even when people change later, they only change to a certain extent.
But, I must say that the SML Arin isn't a gem either. He may be helpful to the FL but he's selfish.
In the last episode, he knows that the FL went through hell and just divorced. While she's so vulnerable, he takes advantage and proposes. He knows that she doesn't love him. During their engagement party, he clearly sees the FL very sad, emotionally detached and worrying about her ex who was just stabbed and is in a coma. Yet, he proceeds with the engagement. At the end he finally realizes that he won't be happy with her if she's not happy. But he showed his selfishness already.

Title Lost Romance
Did anyone notice the sex talk in ep 14, 31mn: ML and FL are on the bed; she says "I kind of want to eat noodles" He replies"What kind of noodles?" She looks just below his waist and says "Your..". His opens his eyes wide and slightly backs off, chocked! A minute or so later, she looks at him tenderly and says: "Every time I see you, I start giving off pink... bubbles" And he laughs and starts tickling her. I loved their intimate exchange and they had so much chemistry!
I must say that I've watched many Chinese dramas and this is the first where they allowed such language to indirectly talk about sex.

I am no policeman but... wow sloppy policemen and police work. They are supposed to be the elite team! The best of the best.
Why is Sen, the FL's friend, allowed to walk into the police station anytime, in the dept where the elite team does their secret investigations and bother the FL to talk to her, or take her on a date whenever he feels like it, even when she's right in the middle of doing her work?
Ming should be fired for stealing evidence from the suspect Thana's house and hiding that she knows him personally. Fired for handcuffing her colleague so that she can get the suspect all by herself. And many more reasons. She was all strong woman in ep 1, looking down on the FL, but later, she couldn't even act like a police officer when confronted by Thana; instead she cried, sobbed and moaned and, because she was so unprofessional, two people got shot because she didn't know what to do. What a loser elite police officer! Couldn't even shoot the suspect in the utmost dangerous time, and caused her Da to almost die.
Maybe if Ming had been honest from the beginning like a police officer should, they could have caught the criminals earlier and fewer people would have died. I can't believe that she stayed on the team.
Da should be suspended because he didn't immediately inform his superiors that he discovered that Ming knew the suspect but wanted to protect her instead. Guess that he later paid for it by being shot.
The ML and the FL did such sloppy work in the victim's apartment. They barely checked it, and at no point opened the curtain to better see inside. They kept it dark with a few lights on in the middle of the afternoon. How can they possibly find clues in the dark?
The FL should be fired for continuously going into dangerous situations by herself to 'help'. In ep 14, she goes after the criminals without informing her team. Of course, she gets kidnapped, again, and puts everyone in danger. Her sorry I just wanted to help is pathetic.
The main commander doesn't belong in the police dept. He berates the captain because they haven't found a suspect yet and he has a press conference coming. He knows all about the evidence, the suspect and the case. How can he demand an arrest when there aren't enough clues yet?
