Very cute series, with the slow evolution of the relationship between a famous but anonymous voice actor (also a cardiologist), and a young FL, student, composer and singer online. The context essentially revolves around a dubbing studio and its team.
The story tells this very slow-burn romance (1st kiss episode 19 :), in a poetic, gentle and sensitive way.

PROS:
+ I love ML. He's the BEST boyfriend, attentive, respectful, handsome, talented. Green flag !!!
+ The voices are important and well highlighted.
+ Particular care is given to the images, the costumes (very beautiful, particularly the FL's dresses), the landscapes, the framing.
+ The OSTs are awesome
+ The storyline is gentle: no twist, no villain or love triangle, no break-up.

CONS:
- I don't think there is such a perfect boyfriend in real life :( :(: respectful, super devoted, ultimate caring,... and with the patience of an angel!
- The FL is a little bland. She's shy, OK. But her character doesn't "shine", doesn't evolve.
- some characters are excessive: the cousins' hyper-protection, the shyness of the undeclared lovers,...

=> Series which allowed me to rediscover Tan Jian Ci, whom I would like to see again in contemporary romantic series.

Joli voyage romantique, musical, culinaire et touristique

Série très mignonne, avec la lente évolution de la relation entre un voice actor star mais anonyme (cardiologue aussi), et une jeune FL, étudiante, compositrice et chanteuse en ligne. Le contexte tourne essentiellement autour d'un studio de doublage et de sa team.
La story retrace cette très slow-burn romance (1st kiss épisode 19 :), de façon poétique, douce et sensible.

PROS:
+ J'adore le ML. C'est le TOP des boyfriends, attentionné, respectueux, handsome, talentueux.
+ Les voix sont importantes et bien mises en valeur.
+ Un soin tout particulier est accordé aux images, aux costumes (très beaux, particulièrement les robes de la FL), aux paysages, aux cadrages.
+ Les OST sont géniales
+ La storyline est douce : pas de twist, pas de villain ni de triangle amoureux, pas de break-up.

CONS:
- je doute qu'il existe un boyfriend aussi parfait dans la réalité :( :( : respectueux, super dévoué, attentionné ultime,... et d'une patience d'ange !
- La FL fait un peu fade. Elle est timide, OK. Mais son personnage ne "brille" pas, n'évolue pas.
- certains personnages sont excessifs : l'hyperprotection des cousins, la timidité des lovers non déclarés,

=> Série qui m'a permis de redécouvrir Tan Jian Ci, que j'aimerai revoir dans des séries romantiques contemporaines.

A charming romantic comedy, but which will not go down in history.

A cute comedy, where a CEO does not recognize faces (oh, the overused plot !!! ), following an assault (from business & family competitors), except that of his secretary. The FL, on occasion, also poses as an eccentric heiress, who refuses to date with the ML, Veronica Park,. This results in a lot of misunderstandings! With the help of his secretary, the ML will search for the culprits, fall in love (love triangle) and accept his disability.

PROS:
+ Very classic storyline, but well done and excellent actors (Kim Young Kwan, particulary).
+ Lots of humor, notably thanks to an excellent and colorful Veronica Park.
+ Production without downtime.
+ OST in the cute genre, but not memorable.

CONS:
- the trio of secretaries is ridiculous.
- the secret organization of secretaries is not credible. The storyline should have found something else to explain the successive twists...
- the character of the blind brother, very dependent and even comical, does not honor disabled people. It's ableist !

Une comédie mignonne, où 1 CEO ne reconnait pas les visages,sauf celui de sa secrétaire, à la suite d'1 agression (business & family competitors). La FL se fait aussi, à l'occasion, passer pour une héritière excentrique, Véronica Park, qui refuse un date avec le ML. En découlent bcp de malentendus ! Avec l'aide de sa secrétaire, le ML va rechercher les coupables, tomber amoureux (love triangle) et accepter de son handicap.

PROS:
+ Storyline très classique, mais bien faite et excellents acteurs (Kim Young Kwan, particulary).
+ Bcp d'humour, notamment grâce à une Veronica Park excellente et haute en couleurs.
+ Réalisation sans temps mort.
+ OST dans le genre mignon, mais pas mémorables.

CONS:
- le trio de secrétaires est ridicule.
- l'organisation des secrétaires n'est pas crédible. La storyline aurait du trouver autre chose pour expliquer les twists successifs...
- le personnage du frère aveugle, très dépendant voire comique, ne fait pas honneur aux personnes handicapées.

A potential Masterpiece (story, great actors) but spoiled by a clumsy production

Series with two Great leads (Jing Bo Ran in ML & Seven in FL), but slow and rather painful narration for the 1st half of the drama.

Plot: Reunion of 2 ex lovers 10 years after they broke up due to family issues & long distance relationship. They still love each other but have to recreate a relationship despite multiple difficulties: annoying love rival, ML's father drunken and abusive behavior, etc.
The drama's tone is happier after the make-up of the couple.

PROS:
+ Quite realistic story with everyday details + a big part to the glory of SWAT & the nation.
+ 2 great leads and an excellent cast with endearing characters
+ Good OST, beautiful images, beautiful landscapes

CONS:
- slow pace, and I mean slow, slow, slow...
- The drama's chronology, including many flashbacks, slows the pace. Let's not talk about the final episode where we discover their very first exchanges in high school. Quite questionable chronology, therefore.
- obvious errors, particulary the child actor supposed to be the one-year-old daughter, is at least 3 years old.

=> Good drama, which had the potential to make a Masterpiece (story, great actors) but spoiled by a clumsy production

Super leads (Jing Bo Ran en ML & Seven en FL), mais narration lente et plutôt painful pour la 1e moitié du drama.

Plot : Retrouvailles de 2 ex lovers 10 ans après leur rupture due à des problèmes familiaux & à la relation à distance. ils s'aiment toujours mais doivent renouer une relation malgré de multiples difficultés : peste rivale amoureuse, père du ML ivrogne et maltraitant, etc. Dieu merci, la 2nde partie du drama est moins sombre.

PROS :
+ Story assez réaliste avec les détails du quotidien + hymne à la gloire du SWAT & de la nation.
+ 2 super leads et un casting global excellent avec des personnages attachants
+ Bonnes OST, belles images, beaux paysages

CONS :
- rythme lent mais lent, lent, lent...
- La chronologie du drama, incluant de très nombreux flashbacks, ralentit le rythme. Ne parlons pas de l'épisode final où on découvre leurs tous 1eers échanges au lycée. Chronologie tout à fait discutable, donc.
- des erreurs évidentes notamment l'enfant acteur censé incarner la fille de un an, a au moins 3 ans.

=> Bon drama, qui avait le potentiel pour faire un Masterpiece (story, great actors) mais gâché par une réalisation maladroite

Luckily I waited until the end of the broadcast to watch this drama, because it's impossible to tear this adorable couple away!
Very captivating series from the first episode untill the end. I knew that I really like both leads, but they were just awesome ...

+++ The CL is magical, phenomenal: no one could have brought the ML to life like this, except for Bai Jing Ting (ლ(́◉◞౪◟◉‵ლ). Zhang Nuo Ran is also brilliant in this vulnerable, strong-willed, yet fragile character. ==> Episode 27 is so moving... Bravo to both of them!!
+++ Realistic depiction of the living conditions of the urban poor.
+++ Flawless direction, everything is perfect!
+++ All actors did a great job, giving life to endearing characteres.
+++ Touching story, written with intelligence and subtlety. The feelings of the characters with PTSD are realistic (for once).
+++ Superb soundtracks that perfectly match the atmosphere.

=> Brilliant!! Watch and rewatch it as often as you like.

Heureusement que j'ai attendu la fin de la diffusion pour regarder ce drama, car il est impossible de se séparer ce couple adorable !
Très accrocheur dès le 1e épisode. Il faut dire que j'aime bcp les 2 leads, mais ici, ils sont juste géniaux.

Grande saga Wuxia avec un cast magnifique

Grande saga Wuxia avec de grands acteurs (c'est magnifiquement interprété) et une histoire bien construite et prenante.

L'univers Fantaisy Novoland est complet : pouvoirs, esprits, immortels, notion de Baixi ("armure" de ton protégé), etc.
Les différents couples se rencontrent, se heurtent, s'apprivoisent, s'aiment,... de façon cohérente. La bromance est superbe (c'est vraiment le fil conducteur de ce drama) !
Les scènes d'action sont de qualité (vive les cascadeurs sur câbles) et les effets spéciaux sont bons (même si on sent le "fond vert" et les animés numériques par moments. Mais globalement, tout est bien fait.
Cerise sur le gâteau : une happy end réaliste et bien amenée...

Si vous aimez les séries épiques, avec de bons effets spéciaux, n'hésitez pas !

A l'issue du visionnage total (avec du zapping sur certaines parties, je finis avec un sentiment très mitigé :

- jusqu'à épisode 16 : très bien, très accrocheur.
- Après c'est n'importe quoi !!! Amnésie, retour à l'esprit du ML de 22 ans, tricks de la evil FL, ça dure, ça dure...
- Vers épisode 30 : retour de la mémoire, mais perte des souvenirs de l'intervalle ????
Multiples ruptures incohérentes et sans raison, etc.
Comportement des personnages peu cohérent

J'en passe et des pires.
Les screenwriters ont du beaucoup fumer pour écrire une histoire pareille. Dommage, parce que les acteurs sont bons et font de leur mieux pour mettre en vie cette histoire tirée par les cheveux.

Il faut arrêter la fumette !

Slice-of-life series, with a sweet romance and a severe criticism of the Korean school system.

PLOT: FL, star teacher at a prestigious hagwon, finds one of his former students as a colleague.

+ Quite harsh criticism of the Korean school system: competition, cramming, over-importance of grades and rankings, pressure from parents, number of hours of daily work, ... But here we discover the world of hagwons (academies). I know it's part of Korean culture, but which parents want to impose that on their children? I understand why more and more Korean families are emigrating, especially to escape such a "massacre" of their children... => Kudos fro the producer Ahn Pan Seok !

+ Great cast: Wi Ha Joon & Jung Ryeo Won form a harmonious, respectful, confident couple, with great chemistry.
+ romance 2 is very cute (with So Ju Yeon)
+ very realistic context and tone

+ Critique assez sévère du système scolaire coréen : compétition, bachotage, sur-importance des notes et des classements, pression des parents, nombre d'heures de travail quotidien, ... Mais on découvre ici le monde des hagwons (académies de cours de soutien/perfectionnement). Je sais que cela fait partie de la culture coréenne, mais quels parents souhaitent imposer ça à ses enfants ? Je comprends pourquoi de plus en plus de familles coréennes émigrent, notamment pour échapper à un tel "massacre" de leurs enfants ... => Bravo au réalisateur Ahn Pan Seok !

EXCELLENT ! Very catchy series, with humor, action & special effects

PLOT: FL, a daughter from a family where the women have super strength, was lost in Mongolia as kid, and returns as a young adult to Korea. She finds her family, and fights with the ML, an anti-drug police officer, against the villains who are testing a new devastating drug.

The good points:
- FL (actress I didn't know) is great.
- The mother looks like she came out of a Marvel movie
- the special effects are excellent
- The story is well written, with clues given at the right time to maintain suspense,
- The ML (Ong Seong Wu) is convincing, very endearing.
- The villain is perfect in his role : we love to hate him :)
- the touch of humor is brought by the 2dary characters and the astonishments of the FL who discovers life in Korea :)

The faults:
- lots of action scenes, humor, but very little romance and no sweet moments! That's what's missing in this season...

Les bons points :
- La FL (actrice que je ne connaissais pas) est géniale.
- La mère a l'air de sortir d'un Marvel
- les effets spéciaux sont excellents
- L'histoire est bien écrite, avec des indices donnés au bon moment pour maintenir le suspense,
- Le ML (Ong Seong Wu) est convaincant, très attachant.
- Le villain est parfait dans son rôle.
- la touche d'humour est apportée par les personnages 2aires et les étonnements de la FL qui découvre la vie en Corée :)

Les défauts :
- beaucoup de scènes d'action, d'humour, mais très peu de romance et pas de sweet moments ! C'est ce qui manque dans cette saison...

“How to become an excellent business leader” courses

PLOT: Professional reunion in medical engineering of 2 former high school friends. He became CEO (& heir) of a huge group and investor, she is now a brilliant engineer and ends up creating a start-up. The ML guides her, helps her to become an entrepreneur. They face difficulties together, multiple rivalries, and their own mistakes too.

PROS:
+ A superb CL, with great chemistry. BUT they don't have enough screentime together :). The choice to focus on “how to become an excellent business leader” is certainly instructive, but quite boring.
+ The supporting cast is excellent, and some actors are really promising (particulary Zhou Da Wei & Tang Zhen Chao).
+ The story is well constructed, psychologically coherent. The parents are normal, reasonable (which is not always the case in dramas :). I really like the mother-son duo with the uncle and the great aunt.
+ Production is efficient, with no downtime. The images are beautiful and the framing is well done.
+ The OSTs are appropriate, without being memorable.

WHAT I LIKED LESS:
### There are too many characters and secondary stories which dilutes the narration => at times, the story loses its interest :(
### The FL3's character, streamer, is childish (including her outfits) and quite annoying.
### Seven's outfits correspond neither to her age nor to the minimum professional requirements (always in an ultra-short mini skirt or in shorts). This production's choice is very questionable!
### The scenes supposedly filmed in Germany are not very credible (pigeons, Bavarian waitress outfits and incomprehensible dialogues in German with a weird accent).

＼(〇_ｏ)／ Even more, in all C Drams, when scenes are supposed to be set in foreign countries, they just assume that everyone speaks fluent chinese (teacher, advisors, a lot of students, every business person ever,...) without needing a specialised translator.

=> Nice series for fans of Seven & Xu Kai (and I am one of them) but full of flaws and not addictive.

PLOT: Retrouvailles professionnelles dans l’ingénierie médicale de 2 anciens camarades de lycée. Il est devenu CEO d'un énorme groupe et investisseur, elle est ingénieur (génial) et finit par créer une start-up. Le ML la guide, l'aide à devenir une entrepreneuse digne de ce nom. Ils font face ensemble aux difficultés, à de multiples rivalités, à leurs propres erreurs aussi.

PROS:
+ Un great CL, avec une belle alchimie. MAIS ils n'ont pas assez de screentime together :) . Le focus sur "comment devenir une excellente dirigeante d'entreprise" est, certes instructif, mais assez lassant.
+ Les acteurs de soutien sont excellents, et certains sont très prometteurs (Zhou Da Wei & Tang Zhen Chao en particulier).
+ La story est bien construite, cohérente psychologiquement. Les parents sont normaux, raisonnables (ce qui n'est pas le cas dans toutes les séries :). J'aime beaucoup le duo mère-fils de l'oncle et de la grande tante.
+ La réalisation est efficace, sans temps mort. Les images sont belles et les cadrages bien travaillés.
+ Les OST sont adaptées, sans être mémorables.
+ Specail Episode très sympa.

WHAT I LIKED LESS:
### Trop trop de personnages et d'histoires secondaires ce qui délaye la narration => par moments, l'histoire perd de son intérêt :(
### Le personnage de la FL3, streameuse, est puéril (y compris ses tenues) et assez agaçant.
### Les outfits de Seven ne correspondent ni à son âge, ni aux exigences professionnelles minimales (tjs en mini jupe ultra courte ou en short). Ce choix du producteur est très discutable !
### Les parties supposées tournées en Allemagne, ne sont pas très crédibles (des pigeons, des tenues de serveuses bavaroises et des dialogues en allemand incompréhensibles).

=> Série sympa pour les fans de Seven & Xu Kai (dont je fais partie) mais bourrée de défauts et non addictive.

GREAT : A lesson in tolerance and humanity

A modern, daring, and educational series... The Thais know how to innovate ᕦ(ò_óˇ)ᕤ

PLOT: ML, a senior in high school, struggles to keep the promise he made to his deceased mother to remain a virgin until he turns 18. During a very drunken party, he loses his mind, his virginity... and finds himself as an adult, a gynecologist, still in contact with his old friends (some of whom are furious with him). His only clue is a collection of Polaroid photos of his adult friends (apparently, their future selves). He must try to resolve the issues depicted in these photos to solve his own problems and gain the chance to return to the past.

+++ The themes addressed are sensitive: women's rights, consent, abortion, assault, sexual identity (LGBT+), STIs, etc. All forms of sexuality are explored, frankly, but respectfully and without voyeurism.
+++ Kudos to the actors and directors!!
+++ A coherent, intelligent, and powerful story.

### Flaws : There are some flaws, of course, but they are very negligible, given the importance of the message.

=> A stimulating and disturbing, but brilliant series. Kudos to the Thais, it took guts (*´▽`*) (*´▽`*)

PLOT: Le ML, en dernière année de lycée, peine à tenir la promesse faite à sa mère DCD, de rester vierge jusqu'à 18 ans. Lors d'1 soirée, très arrosée, il perd la tête, sa virginité ... et se retrouve à l'âge adulte, gynécologue, tjs en contact avec ses anciens amis (certains lui en veulent à mort). Sa seule piste, sont des photos polaroid, de ses amis adultes (apparemment, leur futur). Il doit essayer de résoudre les pb évoqués ds ces photos pr résoudre ses propres pbs etavoir la possibilité de retourner ds le passé.

+++ Les thèmes abordés sont sensibles : droits des femmes, consentement, avortement, agression, identité sexuelle ( LGBT+), MST, etc. Ttes les formes de sexualité sont abordées, de façon crue, mais avec respect et sans voyeurisme.
+++ Kudos aux acteurs et aux réalisateurs !!
+++ Story cohérente, intelligente, militante.

A sweet romance between Big and Park exploring the introvert/extrovert theme.

PLOT: Diew, a very introverted student, enjoys his quiet life with only one friend and his pet tortoise. But the arrival of God (an extroverted, almost hyperactive person) in the apartment next door disrupts his equilibrium. God gradually tames Diew, helps him overcome his fears, and integrates him into his group of friends (and into his bed :).

+++ A very cute romance, with Big playing a total green flag. Great chemistry between the couple, with a lot of sweet scenes.
+++ Fast-paced direction
+++ The theme explored (introvert/extrovert) is interesting and handled with intelligence and subtlety.

### The ex-boyfriend character is very unlikeable (and not very believable).
### Limited budget (costumes, sets) but well used.
### Some effects are a bit awkward.

+++ Romance très cute, avec Big en Green Flag total. Belle alchimie ds ce couple, avec bcp de sweet scènes.

+++ Le thème abordé (introverti / extraverti) est intéressant et abordé avec intelligence et subtilité.

A rom-history series with an excellent cast, but a VERY frustrating storyline!!

PLOT: The FL, an amnesiac salt seller (and pseudo runaway slave), is the spitting image of the Crown Princess who died 5 years ago. She meets the ML (CP) and the ML2 (cousin - Crown Prince of the late king). Despite warnings from her adoptive family, the FL leaves for the capital, becomes an "eunuch," and then a consort. The CP and the FL try to investigate in order to bring down the Left Minister (Great Villain, who holds all the power in the kingdom). But they must also protect themselves and try to understand how the body swap works between them.

+++ The CL (with Kang Tae Oh & Kim Se Jeong) is funny, cute, talented, and excellent (especially evident during the body swap).

+++ Excellent OSTs

### The production is fast-paced BUT the viewer constantly has the feeling that the director's priorities are not in the right place. Example: long very cute Lovey-Dovey scene, in the middle of a life-threatening situation...
### Inconsistent behavior of the FL (serious in her character, but becomes really childish (even stupid ?) when she is in the CP's body).
### Storyline which becomes totally incoherent in some narrative arcs: power is left to the Left Minister by people (king, CP, Prince Li Yun, etc.) who think in a completely twisted/irrational way (or have no brain??). Anyone intelligent could have taken him down... The royal family doesn't have an army? No spies? Of course not (‡▼益▼)
The only one who thinks and analyzes situations correctly is the Great Villain (‡▼益▼) I spent half the drama tearing my hair out!

=> From the body swap onward, the screenwriter lost track. I kept watching for the sake of CL (which I really like), but I had to restrain myself from throwing a rock at my screen!

=> How can you cast renowned and talented actors, find a budget, a crew to film it... without a stronger, better-written story?

Série Rom-Hist avec excellent cast mais storyline TRES TRES frustrante !!

PLOT: La FL, vendeuse de sel amnésique (et ex- esclave en fuite) ressemble trait pour trait à la Princesse Héritière morte il y a 5 ans. Elle rencontre le ML (CP) et le ML2 (cousin - Prince Héritier du roi précédent). Malgré les avertissements de sa "famille", la FL part pr la capitale, devient "eunuque", puis consort. Le CP et la FL essaient d'investiguer pr faire tomber le Ministre de Gauche (Great Villain, ayant ts les pouvoirs ds le royaume). Mais ils doivent aussi se protéger. Le CL essaie aussi de comprendre comment fonctionne le bodyswap entre eux.

+++ Le CL (avec Kang Tae Oh & Kim Se Jeong) est drôle, cute, talentueux, excellent (vraiment évident notamment lors du bodyswap).

### La product° est rythmée MAIS le spectateur a constamment le feeling que les priorités du réalisateur ne sont pas placées au bon endroit. Exemple : longue scene lovey-dovey très cute (pr allèger le ton, mais le spectateur se sent totalement décalé), en pleine situation de danger de mort ...
### Comportement de la FL incohérent (sérieux ds son personnage, mais devient puérile qd elle est ds le corps du CP).
### Storyline qui devient totalement incohérente dans certains arcs narratifs : le pouvoir est laissé au Ministre de gauche par des personnes (roi, CP, Prince Li Yun, etc.) qui réfléchissent de façon complètement tordue / irrationnelle (ou n'ont pas de cerveau ??). N'importe quel personnage intelligent aurait pu le faire tomber ... La famille royale n'a pas d'armée ? pas d'espions ? Mais non (‡▼益▼)
Le seul qui réfléchit et analyse les situations correctement, c'est le Great Villain (‡▼益▼) J'ai passé la moitié du drama à m'arracher les cheveux !
### Timeline confuse à plusieurs reprises : la mm nuit,interrogatoire de la FL, interrupt° par le CP, Left Minister arrêté et emprisonné, fuite de la FL2 en abandonnant 1 servante ligotée ds 1 ruelle, Left minister qu'on aide à sortir de prison, informé dès son arrivée de la fuite de sa fille, poursuite de la FL2 et de son lover, etc.
Les nuits durent 72h en Corée ? (‡▼益▼)

=> A partir du bodyswap, le screenwriter a perdu le fil. J'ai continué à regarder pr le CL (que j'aime bcp) mais j'ai dû me restreindre pr ne pas jeter une pierre ds mon écran !

=> Comment peut-on caster des acteurs renommés et talentueux, trouver un budget, une Team pr faire le tournage, ... sans disposer d'une histoire plus solide et mieux écrite ?

First love at 40 is tough :)

PLOT: ML, a talented but eccentric and somewhat autistic interior designer, makes life difficult for those around him. He keeps crossing paths with Dr. Gu, also 40, calm and not particularly interested in marriage. As they meet, she gradually begins to open up.

+++ Wallace Huo (always excellent) and Zhu Zhu as CL
+++ The difficulties of a mature romance between two "older" bachelors: a subject rarely explored from this angle.
+++ Very cute and surprisingly expressive dog (kudos to the trainer)
+++ Lively direction, with beautiful work on the visuals, framing, and lighting, but the pacing is slow at times.

### Xiao Man's character is annoying (I don't know how old she's supposed to be, but she's childish, very dependent... I have trouble understanding the connection between her and Dr. Gu (o-_-o) ) and she takes up way too much screen time.

=> Wallace Huo literally carries the series on his shoulders!! Watched it once, but I won't watch it again.

C'est dur un 1e amour à 40 ans :)

PLOT: Le ML, designer d'intérieur talentueux mais excentrique et un peu autiste, mène la vie dure à son entourage. Il ne cesse de croiser le chemin du Dr Gu, 40 ans aussi, calme et peu tentée par le mariage. Au fil des rencontres, elle va peu à peu percer sa coquille.

+++ Wallace Huo (toujours excellent) et Zhu Zhu en CL
+++ Difficultés d'une romance mature entre 2 "vieux" célibataires : sujet peu abordé sous cet angle.
+++ Chien très cute et étonnamment expressif (Kudos au dresseur)
+++ Réalis° vive, avec un beau travail sur les images, les cadrages, les lumières, mais la narration est lente par moments.

### Le personnage de Xiao Man est agaçant (je ne sais pas quel âge elle est censée avoir, mais elle est puérile, très dépendante, ... j'ai du mal à comprendre le lien entre elle et le Dr Gu (o-_-o) ) et il prend bcp trop de place à l'écran.

=> Wallace Huo porte littéralement la série sur ses épaules !! Vu une fois, mais je ne regarderai pas à nouveau.

+++ Bai Lu (who even sports a boyish haircut and braces :) and Ou Hao, both fantastic.
+++ Superb cast (♡‿♡) that brings complex, endearing, and moving characters to life. Kudos!
+++ Realistic storyline, with excellent recreation of different eras (atmosphere, sets, props, etc.). Furthermore, the depiction of the life of working-class/poor families in Beijing is eye-opening!
+++ Flawless direction.

??? Some recurring elements in dramas never cease to amaze me:
1/ Mothers who abandon their children (Si Yi and her brother) without providing for them. And nobody seems to care??? How is the grandmother, poor, elderly, and ill, supposed to take care of the children? Aside from orphanages, there are no child welfare services?
2/ The "American-style" Chinese justice system (starting at the police station) where everything is negotiated between the parties, even the most serious offenses.

### Confucian culture where someone is sought to blame even in cases of accidents or unavoidable illness (‡▼益▼)
### I liked all the characters, except for two: Si Yi (sorry, I think her character lacks depth) and Xiao Hui (played by Chen Xin Xuan, who needs to improve her acting skills).

=> Nostalgic, moving, and realistic series. Well done !

PLOT: Vie communautaire des voisins (plusieurs familles avec leurs enfants) vivant autour (et du) canal.
Ep 1-2 : enfance, arrivée de Si-Yi et nouveau bateau
Ep 2 - 20 : année 2007, difficultés fin. pr tt le monde et dernière année de lycée. Vente de la péniche. Expérience de modeling de Fenghua. Arrivée du frère de SiYi puis mort de la gd-mère.
Ep 20 - 31 : année 2014 et suivantes, travail pr tous à Beijing ds différents secteurs.
Ep 31 - 38 : retour hometown

+++ Bai Lu (qui va jusqu'à la coupe garçonne et l'appareil dentaire :) et Ou Hao, fantastiques tous les deux.
+++ Superbe cast (´♡‿♡`) qui donne vie à des personnages complexes, attachants, émouvants. Kudos !
+++ Storyline réaliste, avec une bonne reconstitution des différentes époques (ambiance, décors, accessoires, etc.). De plus, la description de la vie des salariés/familles pauvres à Beijing est édifiante !!

??? Certains faits récurrents ne cessent de m'étonner dans les dramas :
1/ Les mères qui abandonnent leur enfant (Si Yi et son frère) sans subvenir à leurs besoins. Et cela ne scandalise personne ??? Comment la gd-mère, pauvre, âgée, malade, est-elle censée prendre les enfants en charge ? A part les orphelinats, il n'y a aucun service d'aide aux enfants ?
2/ La justice chinoise "à l'américaine" (dès le commissariat de police) où tout se négocie entre les parties, même les faits les plus graves.
### Culture confucianiste où on cherche des responsables même en cas d'accident ou de maladie inévitable (‡▼益▼)

### J'ai aimé tous les personnages, sauf 2 : Si Yi (désolée, je pense que son personnage manque de profondeur) et Xiao Hui (joué par Chen Xin Xuan qui doit améliorer ses acting skills).

=> Série nostalgique, émouvante, réaliste. Bravo !
