I wouldn't say an antagonist, more an anti-hero, he's looking to do what's best for his people and his brother, even if it means crossing boundaries.

I think right now the only one I'm enjoying is A Fu, because at least he remains consistent to his own wants, he's morally grey which I appreciate and though I disagree with his methods, I can't fault his want to see the demon race victorious once again
