Maybe Jie Li is a daughter as well, maybe there were twins and one had a heavenly essence while the other had a moon tribe, so father took danyin and Jie Li was abandoned.

Shang Que is a giant cinnamon roll that needs to be protected at all costs, and I need more scenes with him and Jie Li.

Esther Yu's dresses are some of my favourite I've ever seen in Chinese drama's. Like that starry sky one was stunning!

I loved the stark difference of growing up between Jie Li and Shang Que, despite coming from similar situations, and how different it moulded them

This is one of those shows that makes me ship the actors in real life with all the cute behind the scenes
