I haven't even started watching yet but I already kinda agree with this. Everytime I see "the second leads are so cute, give them their own drama" on the comment section of any drama on YT. I think to myself there's a reason why they are second leads.
For some dramas they are there to create some balance and sometimes a good distraction. I know some second leads do so well and probably deserve their own drama but that only raises the expectations of viewers because if it doesn't come out exactly as they have imagined, it will be disappointing.
I'm still going to watch this because I love me some Boun and Prem. I've already seen clips that shows they are giving viewers what they want but I want to see what direction it moves to, I'm not interested in a plot surrounded around sex alone.
Ok I decided to check out 55:15 Never too late as I've been planning to but postponing, and just at episode 1 the theme song sounds so familiar towards the end of it. I had to confirm but it's the same song Akk, Kan and Wat were singing in Akk's room and dancing to while recording in epsiode 3. Now I miss them again🥺

Whew! I didn't expect watching S2 to take me this long to finish, I remember I promised to come back and give you feedback but I'm sorry it took forever.
I binged through episodes 1 to 12 and took a break because of how the story was going. I recently just went back to finish it. I definitely enjoyed this more than S1, it was good to see the back story of the main characters and how they all became friends. Plus the introduction of new characters made the story even more exciting.
Every character's story had a lesson to it and I truly learnt a lot. 'Hurt people hurt people' is the best way to describe the theme of this season. Everyone had an agenda but at the end of the day, it was good to see their redemption. My emotions were all over the place once again, but I can't complain much, I loved the chaotic mess that it was.
It was good to see the show explore deep topics like discovering one's sexuality and mental health issues.
The end was left open and I have a lot of mixed feelings about the couples that ended up together and the ones that didn't. All in all, it was intriguing and worth the time, I hope they consider a S3, it won't be a bad idea. I'd definitely recommend that you watch, you'd certainly love it.

The actor, Prem who plays Team already went through a lot because he was conscious about his body, he put on a bit of weight while shooting UWMA because of the eating scenes and he went through a lot trying to lose the weight, which affected his health. He lost so much weight, fans even got worried. I don't know if the shooting of Between us was before or after that, but it doesn't matter because we love our actors the way they are, so please don't bodyshame them. You should already know that actors go through a lot preparing for a role, emotionally and physically and the health risks they take trying to fit into their roles physically. If you care about the actors, you would appreciate their acting skills and overlook the fact that they are not physically built (to your satisfaction) for the roles they are playing.

These recent episodes got me feeling like I'm intruding into Santa and Cooheart's privacy, felt like they were just playing themselves 🤭 So grateful they got their own series.
