The ending could have been written better but I thank God for not making me an emotional person otherwise I would have cried in vain. Leaving the obviously poor writing for the ending, I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the rest of the drama was. And Go Ah Ra needs to be seen more in dramas, she's quite underrated.

I dont understand Chinese but I kinda get the feeling that the way he talks sometimes seems like he eats some of the words. I got the same vibe as you did when I first saw him but after 2 or 3 dramas I realized that it's just how his voice sounds like and not due to disinterest. Even so, his voice is quite relaxing for those who just hear but don't understand.
I don't know what made me start watching this show, but Darren Chen's acting is definitely the highlight of this drama. Apart from Steven Zhang, he's the only C-drama male actor whose acting caught my attention. The show is cliche, but weirdly enjoyable, and I found myself looking forward to it every week.
