I liked watching some of this but I got cringy at the Covid subject like that was a very cringe period of time can we just leave that alone and not have it in dramas or anime :(

I can't stand having to relive that time frame -_- Like we didn't need to live like that period we could have manifested positivity for this to go away faster and been back to normal faster. :( I just skip some of these in dramas now.

Plus I wasn't expecting the rival alien to be a love interest, I wanted him to come in and fk everything up for her life and have her held captive and make her life hell. And, Feng Leng having to find a way to save her. Plus I did like the idea they make Xiao Bu a human, though, that still could have been Feng Lei's new love interest and they still could have had the kids. :) I wanted to see the characters pregnant, plus we lacked a real first season to 2nd season engagement and working up towards that engagement.

What would you suggest for a s3 or s1 of My alien family, or my wife is an alien, Can't use gf anymore.

I get that, and I did love the sets for season 1, plus Feng Leng had seemed mroe financially well off in season 1 than season 2 where his uncle and stepmother were meddling in his company affairs causing him problems. :( But at least they resolved that matter in this season compared to last season. Plus they finally got to marry the leads off and resolved the law issue on Xiao Qi's planet. :) I before watching season 2 was thinking of what would happen, and what could they do. And, I had a feeling they were going to play this card because some planets wouldn't want their citizens marrying without permission from home. Like asking mom and dad for permission which would be the legal/lawful way to go about marriage. So basically season 2 played in some cases now how I was imagining, I was hoping they would have stayed in the same year, and just had her fighting to get back to earth for a few episodes and kept her married. I would have liked to see Feng Leng's interaction with the Aliens and him convincing her planet sooner to allow them to be married. :(

I was basically yesterday all day comparing both seasons. It seems like they put more focus on product creation in season 2, but gave Feng Leng more hell in the beginning. Plus, they called out the villain who was working with the Stepmom to cause problems. Another thing that changed was Feng Lei wasn't working with the company, but playing like he's studying and staying away from his mom and not his brother this time. Another difference was now Feng Leng doesn't have a heart issue and is healthier, but his personality is basically the same but less stern in season 2. I am glad they ditched the other 3rd party woman from season 1 I hated her, she kept coming in between the ML and FL so much and caused problems. However, this 3rd party male didn't start until the middle of the season but didn't come on as strongly until towards the semi-end of the season. Another difference, yes was the sets and the fact that it seems like she went into an Alternative Universe and time making things different in some ways. Plus the people that were in season 1 were not all there. But in season 2 there were more redemption periods for the Stepmom and Feng Leng's dad, plus resolving the issue between his mom being dead and curing his amnesia problem making it no longer an issue. Which they could have done that in season 1 as well and made the season longer, however, it gave us some redemption for season 2. I do look forward to season 3 however, we will have to now change the title :)

But, they will have to change the title because she's not girlfriend anymore so what do you suggest they name 3rd season?
