right so senior is elder by 2 years. Si Yue is in 2nd year when xian joins uni. so senior is in 4th year. and the show is fast paced( they havent shown useless things in the uni track,which I personally loved) so my estimate is we are like in ending months of Ding Xian's first year right now in ep 18. So senior is also in his ending months of uni technically. and he(senior) is shown from start as a star student and resplendent. There are these arrangements in great universities(like their uni is top notch na) where people with excellent track records can graduate a sem or two early or if not that, theres a startup cell where if students have great ideas they can start their company. senior mentioned his is a startup company, so it has to be either of the two.

It would have been really awesome if all the original characcters would have been retained! the same happened with tornado girl where main characters were changed but even tho I dont really regret watching it! The one playing Grunt now is also an actor I have come to like because of Forever Love! original charcaters were the 'IIITTT'!!But still lets see how this goes!:)
