Okay I knew this drama would be depressing but it's not only depressing, it's irritating and very very boring The toxic mother is so over the top, she hurts her son repeatedly and doesn't feel any remorse for him The supposedly loving brother is in his own world, and doesn't care one bit about his brother and his state The grandfather is a very passive, weak, useless character, he sees his grandson dying and it's okay The girlfriend is the only character who truly cares but she has lots of other problems to deal with The main lead tries but his physical condition restricts him also he can't stop his mother or be mancipated from her and her decision , he's a grown man and live on his mothers terms So this drama is very disappointing in a lot of ways especially the plot
sounds like Jang Shuning is 'married' to her own son 🤮 such a disgusting 'love'... she's not normal
she's very repulsive person but I really know in my real life people like her Mothers who interfere with their son's and wife's relationship to the point of divorce

Cheng Yi did his best and really he's one of the few chinese actors who can really act not play around with his character or makes you feel that he's acting
