I could understand if the son was gay but trans ,,, that's new and I don't think there is any historical precedent to such thing ,, there were gay characters in ancient times that's may be according to historical dramas and movies but trans or identifying different gender ?

So the son now identifies his gender as a girl and the queen approves and will try to protect her or him

I will be honest I wish this drama was more focused on the rescue than the relationships
most rescue chinese dramas are that way and I find it annoying and disappointing really
I know relationships of humans are important but not to take too much time of the drama
American series rescue shows always the rescue first then the lives of the characters

Be reborn chinese drama also very cool with that lead kid ,, he's young but genius also under the skin chinese drama was one of the best ,, there are plenty of crime dramas coming this November in kdrama land

I don't know why I feel that romance isn't needed at this stage in this drama
every character has a lot of issues and problems needs dealing with ,, there is no time for romance
also they grow adults now ten years forward ,,seung cheon chose his captivator over juhee
Tae Yong is in a mess of his misreable life past and present so no girls for him ,,Juhee doesn't suit him in the drama
I really want something to get resolved rather than going back and forth with the switch

If original Hwang Tae Yong was smarter he would have figured out what's going on with him and what with these all skills language ,, Piano and messed up memories
he would at least take that rich guy offer for a job to earn good money but his naivety and little brain cells working he rejected his offer and stayed poor
If he was stronger he wouldn't need the main character then he would just travel to work or become someone who doesn't need the golden spoon to switch his life back then what's the point
his character fits the timeline of the story
Hwang Tae Yong is the victim of the drama who endured all that happening to him from the start with his horrible family to now his poor life
