Finished it yesterday, and I'm happy with the ending
it's a very realistic piece of life drama, and I loved it
I wished they didn't take so much time talking about work and how to deal with it though

I hope nothing happens too but I'm not that confident it will be smooth sailing ,, the bloody scene in the rain didn't happen yet

I think they will break up in the last few episodes LOL there is a devided image in episode's schedule on iqiyi app

The writer didn't put much effort to make the feelings more humane or more empathetic

it wasn't logical nor any person would act like nothing had happened unless he was in shock and I don't think this is the case here

Why the male lead didn't tell He Xi now about his new investigation or his suspicion of Han Pei
he's supposed to be his closest friend now and why is he keeping it secret from him

her mother treats her badly and they have their own story later on

The emotional scenes in this drama is too shallow and too quick
I hate that about this drama
human psyche isn't that simple. to just watch your own father commit suicide and walking it off with your childhood best friend
Also how he treated his childhood best friend when he was in a coma was too cold and distant
Okay for investigation reasons, he had to do that but then again
He needed to care more and to feel more than that,, he's not a robot
He can't switch off his feelings and memories when he needs to

I'm really underwhelmed and disappointed
How come He Xi didn't feel anything after his criminal dad committed suicide
After all, he lived in that man's home for years, and he was a devoted father to him with love and care for more than a decade
He just watched him jump to his death like it's another day in the office with no feelings at all
There has to be some follow-up on his feelings about what happened to his own father that he used to love

Episode 9 is insane

Is there episode nine today ?

He really love them that's no doubt about it but is it gay love or Brotherly love that's the true point and only Maki can answer that
Because you know there is love beyond physical attraction and much stronger

Wind Direction was better than Northward ,, it was lighter and he had more screentime

it was called wind direction ,, it's very very good and the other one is Northward

it will get better as you watch ,, I'm in 22

to this day I can't watch the last four episodes LOL

The drama was perfect until the last four episodes it ruined everything
but all the episodes were best family drama you can ever watch better than this one northward

I watched him in two family dramas now
One he had very good story then they killed him at the end for no reason
Now Northward family drama he also loves the female lead but she doesn't even see him as a lover and she's dying of cancer too

The other drama that had Zhai Zi Lu (the friend who has long hair here ) was also a family drama he had a good romantic story with his neighbor and school friend too but got cancer there and they killed him at the end of the drama
I mean why? give the main character cancer to make it hard for everyone and to end it on a sad note
reality and life is hard I know but you can give it to older people may be or distant friend not the main character
I know I'm complaining a lot but I'm an empathetic person ,,I actually feel sad for real
