I liked the kind prince for the female lead more than the male lead the male lead was pretending to be strong but he wasn't they killed the male lead's guard in a second without even giving him proper farewell the male lead didn't think once about his closest guard who saved his life countless times the romance was ok but not the best the fictional story got overly dramatic near the ending the happy ending seemed illogical but just because they have to get their happy ending unscathed after all that even the evil guy didn't get punished and his ending was open ending
Barely finished it yesterday ,, last two episodes weren't good at all ,, I skipped a lot and I didn't like the drama overall ,, there are so many things that bothered me
My only complain aside from the obvious flaws the ridiculous medical procedures they did to the male lead what in the world was that ?? he had surgery wearing his PJ on the operating table without oxygen mask and the surgery was in his heart and lung LOL In recovery he was fully clothed without any oxygen either why would they cover his beautiful face LOL
I'm binge watching it now for the second time because first time I was busy and didn't watch it all the drama has many flaws but it's not that bad it's political war drama in world war two time so it's going to be that way ,, I sometimes skip those scenes of too much patriotisms but the romance is good ,, the Bromance is perfect ,, the family relationship is amazing ,, the humanity traits in the guy who helped the children then die was perfect so many good things and emotional ride ,, I love it
No doubt about it especially the second lead who is rarely seen in this OMG his acting skills are far more better…
I watched a police Bromance drama of his and I loved him there ,,, he was so kind and very brotherly like to the second male lead ...the drama itself wasn't very good but his bromance with the younger second lead was amazing
I'm following the process of this drama and I'm loving it ,, I didn't watch it yet I'm waiting until it's finished then I will binge watch it because I can't wait for each episode I love How the male lead is playing his role ,, he took my heart he's so whumped

Very good question but from my experience of KDRAMAS mythologies ,, usually she's some sort of trickster god from their believes that she properly gain something from every switch usually the souls of the one used her tool
Actually the way they made the choice convenient for both made it more interesting ,,, if Taeyang didn't fit well with his new family it would have been boring as he can be so rotten as his real father beyond redemption but they made him more pathetic than CS he has horrible trauma from his past also his father is an evil bastard ,, all his family treats him horribly that's why it's interesting that he finally found love and will have the opportunity to switch places with CS
The scene when original Hwang Tae Yong had a panic attack just by looking at his real dad and feeling the same anxiety in his presence was breath taking literally the poor kid couldn't breath and how his new dad helped him breath and relax ,, how he hugged him and cried Oh My poor heart that's too good
This drama is epic the human emotions the family bonds are just spectacular I'm falling hard for the poor kid who got to be happy with the poor family he took my heart
No doubt about it especially the second lead who is rarely seen in this OMG his acting skills are far more better than the male lead and the way his character portrayed is heart breaking you will adore him definitely
MRF will forever be my #1 kungfu waster :). The actor is so handsome.
It's not just his handsome face ,, there are many actors has similar face but his deep voice ,, his calm way of dealing with emotions ,,his moves ,, even his gaze ,, OMG why this actor doesn't have more roles
