I could be wrong but from what I remember there are some romantic plots there but I don't remember it was the focus of the drama,, it's realistic piece of life drama,, Li Bing suffered a lot and his final story was that he left home and worked abroad then became very rich and came back to get his family gifts for how they cared about him that's it

Li Bing had a crush on someone but it wasn't mutual from her part,, I saw it years ago but I remember him crying over loving someone but she didn't love him back and he fought with his best friend about it

Does the Manga show Maki love interest for Aoki as Suzuki lookalike ?? it seems the drama is getting to that place

So it's Clear Now the Coronor female doctor is in love With Maki but slept with Suzuki because he was in love with her and when Suzuki is gone she's interested in his Dobble danger Aoki as a lookalike but still in love with Maki yet Maki has interest again in Aoki for the same reason
poor Aoki is involved in a ghost relationship with the doctor and his boss is seeing his old best friend or his all-time love interest in him too
