I thought this drama would be about romance between the male leader in the army and the trainee female soldier and how he will protect her and prefer her to the others as usual clichés of this sort of thing but I'm very glad that I was wrong ,, the leader practically tortured the one he cares about to make her stronger and he didn't prefer her to her other colleagues even once ,, that was one of the highlights of this amazing drama
I can't say enough about how enjoyable watch this drama is I never been so amused and entertained while watching military drama like this one they've done it right I don't like female based drama that much and I don't like to watch female empowerment dramas no matter how good they are because mostly they tend to be exaggerated and somewhat cliché but this one is written realistically from the girls point of view and it shows the vulnerability of young female soldiers without acting like a man or pretending to be iron lady or some masculine girl ,, tomboy whatever the type they show girls acting as girls all the time but trying their best to defeat men in their own game without pretending to be stronger or changing gender .. they get stronger on their own ,, they defeat male soldiers using their brain and united strength ,,, I like it how they show very beautiful girls who care about love and married life as wives and also try their best to become stronger soldiers in the army
I didn't like his drama my room mate is a detective ,, his character wasn't interesting to me and the bromance was lacking a lot from his part but he convinced me in defying the storm drama ,, such amazing bromance and romance ,,he grew and became more experienced as an actor and it showed
Episode 25 was nerve wrecking ,,, and how his best friend donated his blood till he fainted shows a lot about his care for the male lead ,, he truly is his best friend and loves him very much I knew today the director is female that's why this drama is so appealing to me LOL
they swore a lot hahaha ,, it's the words and the violence wasn't that gore but meh ,,, No nudity nor sex in this movie this movie can be 13 ,, it's okey movie and it's subject is fine
Lately revenge plots in korean dramas are disastrous,, latest one was Again my life ,,, practically nothing happened at the end also the devil judge same horrible ending
