I hoped for the ghost doctor to guide the young doctor through surgery and medical procedure but that takes a lot of time training also the young doctor KST is just a first year student he can't absorb everything in days ,, people are dying and in need for professional not first year trainee that's more logical to why he didn't just teach him other than possess his body

Medical training and teaching can't be done in days or months for first year student
The comatose CYM doesn't have time in coma to teach and the other one can't learn everything in very short notice ,,, it's not logical especially KST is a first year student still doesn't have basics to medical knowledge

Jang Dong Joo's character was the wisest most respectable friend and lover ,, he loved from a distance ,, didn't insert himself or forced himself then he understood the female lead's situation didn't even talk to her so he wouldn't make her uncomfortable and took step back ,, didn't impose himself on the female lead,,, he was the best character in the whole drama and ended up alone
he deserved way better

Jung Eugene's character was annoying first two episode but later on she grew on me
I lover her now ,,, She's so active , funny and smart
I hope her captain survives and love her back
