Same ,,, small injuries doesn't need hospital emergency room ,,, I watch a lot of American medical dramas too and they don't treat minor injuries the nurses in the emergency rooms make assessment about how sever the injury and if it needs a doctor or just any nurse can apply the disinfectant but there are small health clinics I thinks sometimes they treat minor injuries ,, In cold cases it's mostly pharmacy the way to go every time the cold hits of course now it would be suspicious if it was corona or not
