I swear people are just so hard to please at times. Very few of the 2024 aired dramas have been watchable till the end but for this one? Its hilarious in its own rights and honestly at this point its one of the few dramas that got me hooked for the update for new episodes. Just sit back and enjoy the ride my goodness

Cannot help but see people being overly critical on certain things. Watched all 6/6 episodes so far with no knowledge of the source materials but man am i having a blast. Excellent balance (so far) between a power couple (gives me WRTW feels). Production quality seems quite decent too despite the fact that filming was done recently with short time window to release. Regardless of what comments may be, people should just watch it regardless. Criticizing or overanalyzing can come after the drama comes to an end. For now its an absolute fun ride with both MC acting prowess on point.

Is there any potential CP from this season? As I read the comments, it seems all the female participants interested…
Hard to say at this point. Sadly yes, majority of the female participants are fixated on one guy. Things might turn out differently on the later half but my hopes are not high for this season.

On Yes, I Do Season 5 Jun 20, 2024
Came here after looking at the preview of the next episode. Honestly, i was just holding up for Xiao Yu and Zhuang CP. However as soon as she dropped the fact that she finds it hard to believe someone can devote/choose someone firmly after 3 days, i kinda feel that they were not end game for each other. Sure on some ends she does care for Zhuang, but it somewhat feels like he is a backup plan for her. The moment Mike(Mic) shows any remote interest, Zhuang just becomes a back burner again. These 2024 roster of dating shows really do be giving me a heartburn. Considering just dropping this season as the other couples doesn't seem as relevant for some reason.

Never have i ever thought that my opinion on the show would take a drastic 180 degrees change. Singapore seems…
Update: I now firmly affirm my gut feeling when watching the boat date between YW and Choa. The whole interaction felt weird lo and behold it all came crashing down and made so much more sense in EP 15. I am truly happy Choa did not fell prey nor broke down in tears over that "thrash of a man". Side note: Loved the 2 set of Park siblings

Came here after getting hooked on my sibling's romance. And a commentor recc'ed this show. I was so sold on the QiWen CP and legit bawled on the last ep when things seemed a little uncertain. Later on searched them up and found that they were engaged and later on married broke that "ah i knew cp formed from these shows never last" thoughts. This CP warmed up my heart.

He somehow took the role of "catfish" in this show. not YJ that came later. But how can he's in the wrong? He…
From what i understood, from the moment he was unsure about CA it all kind of had a domino effect on the other people. Initially the cellist Noona (not sure how to spell out her name LMAO) followed by Ji Won. I understand your point that at some point perhaps they were attracted to him and he should not have been blamed fully but i still do think YW started gear in motion.

I was drawn in randomly for this show, as from EP 1 to 9ish was surprisingly an enjoyable watch. Previously i have watched terrace house so i expected some dramas but i think the nature of this show was an interesting concept for the sibling's active involvement made me staked hopes that it could have maintain that light heartedness and bubbly feeling but i guess eventually all reality dating show are just dead set on certain narratives.

BUT

I will look up some Chinese dating shows. Appreciate the recommendation.

Never have i ever thought that my opinion on the show would take a drastic 180 degrees change. Singapore seems to have been a turning point for a lot of ships but i feels so much disdain for YW. Legit he was directly responsible for wavering multiple other people's hearts. Initial episodes paint him out as a saint but i guess its just too good to be true. Perhaps its also the intention of the showrunners to dramatize the whole show and perhaps it also portrays the realistic messy nature of the human heart/feelings. Personally i would finish this just for the sake of finishing it but i do not reckon its gonna be a a lighthearted watch
