No it doesn't. To enjoy cdramas, there're some things you just have to come to terms with. Sleeping and waking…
I can usually ignore these but maybe it's bothering me so much here cause I'm used to seeing CZY in a soft boy role. As his role here is a fierce general/prince hence the eye-liner thing kinda clashes with my imagination
I really want to watch this one but I just can't focus because of CZY's perfect eyeliner even in a life or death situation(also LQ's perfect eye makeup). Please tell me it gets better!!😫
Exactly! I wasn't in awe like what others are swooning over. The same thing happened with previous Thai BLs like…
Honestly the only Thai BL lived up to the hype this year imo is TopForm but that too disappointed me a little towards the end. Jack and Joker is next on my list seeing it's the highest rated Thai BL on MDL but I guess I should lower my expectations
Omg this is exactly how I feel! Amidst so many positive reviews I thought I was the odd one focusing too much on small details but I'm glad I found someone who noticed these things too.
That is the how the character of FL is written...She is a slacker and as shown in episode 1 all she wants is to…
Because she loves him? You don't sympathize with ppl you love? He loves her and that's why he did everything he could for her. I did finish the drama and I still stand by my statement. I think you need to read my other replies here first. I never complained about the script cause I know that's how the story was written. I have a problem with FL's character not treating ML right. If you watch the drama there's a scene probably in episode 32 where her SYT says to SYM that NH took 99 steps to whereas she only took 1 to accept his love. I also replied probably 2/3 times already that I was hoping for a gradual character development of FL which I didn't get so I'm definitely annoyed at that. But then again, it's me and my opinion, if you liked how she treated him then that's great! p.s. it's a drama, no need to name call here

Yeah, I'm now done with all the episodes and I did see her dying for Nan Heng over and over again but I guess it took too much time? I mean waiting till 32 episode to get together in a 40 episode drama is very annoying. I guess the problem is, I was hoping both her character and their relationship growth to be gradual process, not an overnight thing but anyway I'm happy the drama ended well and gave us a fulfilling final episode

Never said she wasn't though? I'm all for a bubly slacker MC surviving in the ancient times. Have I ever mentioned wanting the FL to work hard? No. All I'm asking for her to show a little empathy towards the ML cause otherwise her character appears to be really selfish to me. She could go all the way for the Song Family(who isn't her real family) because they formed a special bond over time but can't show the same care towards ML. I know it gets better but it just takes too much time and too much effort from the ML to get to that point. I haven't seen her do much for the sake of their relationship except finally agreeing to ML's proposal in ep 32(after asking to accept him for millionth time that is). See, I really like the drama, love the ML, hate the villains just how I should but I can't feel the same towards the FL because in any situation the one who she always takes for granted is ML. That's all.
Tf was wrong with that ending?? Was it really necessary to wrap this drama within 32 episodes? They left out sooo many things and decided to finish it abruptly. We didn't even get proper romance what the heck!!
I would like to why she was clinging on to him? Why she desperately wants to be friends with him. I was watching…
Yeah apparently her brother's heart was given to his brother(if I remember correctly that is) but she misunderstood that it was him. Even so it doesn't make any sense how she clings onto him after getting insulted so many times. I felt like it was 2012 all over again when I first watched Playful Kiss ugh!
