Season 2 was amazing! I loved it from the first to the last episode. Seeing the last episode I understand why this season is focused more on the characters rather than the games, but in my opinion it was balanced. Ep7 also seemed off to me, but after the last episode I kind of understand why it's a bit unrealistic. In general AIB is a fantastic series
Many things were missing actually. And for some reason the writers neglect that the majority of watchers are non koreans so they don't try to bring us to the korean mythology by explaining things. I feel they take many things from granted and they don't bother elaborate more. That was one of the things that kept me also at distance
I've just started Who rules the world cdrama(and it's the 2nd cdrama i am watching) so I had a lot of questions about the genre and what's happening. I have to admit all the acrobatics looked very odd and also funny to me, since i am not used to this genre. From your article I understood that heros tend to reach their level of martial arts to an excessive (even supernatural) level because of their internal energy and the excessive amount of training?
I just watched the first episode and I have many questions... It's my second cdrama, so I have no idea what to expect of that genre. I liked the synopsis and I like Yang Yang so I decided to give it a try, but can someone enlighten me more what to expect of the genre?
I really wanted to like this drama. I really did but in the end, I just got nothing out of it. I was just indifferent. Thank God for Lee Dong Wook carrying the whole drama on his back. Did I enjoy the drama? Unfortunately no, even though I tried. Was Lee Dong Wook's best role? Yes! He was superb!
Sweet, cute and decent drama. Not a masterpiece but totally a feeling-good drama to watch and since it's only 4 40 minutes episodes, I believe it's worth the time to watch it. The aesthetic for the drama though is sooooooo good!!!! Watch it during winter!
Cute rom/com fluffy drama with full cliches but done right. One of the best rom/coms i have ever seen. Totally recommend it. I only wish the 2nd couple had more screen time though
The same with me. It gets even worse after ep 11 and until the end. It becomes even more boring , pointless and…
I am so glad I am not alone in this. The acting is great, but everything else is so messy. There is no way to watch the next two seasons even though I love Lee Dong Wook and his role.
For some reason I can't vibe with this drama. I feel like something's missing. I am currently on episode 11, but something doesn't drag me into it. The only thing that has me going is Lee Dong Wook. I am seriously in love with his role, but that's it. Also, I feel the world-building to lacking and it's one of the major reasons that I am not absorbed
The drama is a masterpiece. Totally recommend it if you want something with a heavy story and moral gray characters. I really loved the romance between the main leads, but if only it wasn't pushed aside in the second half. It'd make a 10 out of 10 drama. But still the drama is amazing. Jisoo does a remarkable job for her first role and totally Hae In's best role for me!
Kind of didn't have special expectations for this drama, considering Ji Chang Wook's latest choices, but I am happy he proved me wrong this time.
The drama was realistic and mature in a nice, soft and mature way. It had many progressive things that you usually don't watch on kdramas and it was relatable in many ways. I believe people who want a change from the typical rom/coms kdrama tropes, will find this refreshing as I did.
