The "doctor" is most likely a paid actor. Not sure if you've noticed, this is a very well crafted plan put together by Hua and Wen Lang. I have a feeling his "dislike" towards Omegas have something to do with Gao's attemp to conceal his true nature.. Just my hunch but ever since Hua mentioned that Gao and Shen have known each other since high school, I had a feeling he already knows about Gao and he's resenting him for it because he's attracted to him.
