This is my two cents, in the first week of airing, this drama was trampled with everywhere in China. The other actors and actress fans except the male lead Neo Hou fans said that they are just supporting characters and it has nothing to do with them. They only watch cuts because the screentime is very minimal. I shared this because even the second male lead and the female lead fans in china where the position is important admitted how they are just supporting roles and it has nothing to do with them even if it does not do well. They couldn't care less for increasing the heat index. Don't attack me, I'm just saying.
And I'm truly happy it broke 10,000 after the revamp of the heat index system, it means so much for a male lead centric drama and for Neo and his fans of course. The stress they got through, I saw it as they worked their ass off.
Can we talk about how endearing is the acting of the male lead despite him being a "spoiled brat". I don't see anyone getting pissed at him despite the silly attitude and in fact he is ridiculously adorable! 😂👏
y'all just be saying anything, I bet most of these commenters did not even watched the drama fully, it's like they saw one scene and formed their whole opinion around it because that's what y'all be sounding in here 🤷🤷🤷🤷
Other dramas will make the ML or FL leave without even saying anything, atleast in here they had a long face to face conversation about their disagreements and the ML even left a letter, others will not bother doing so and will proceed to "ghosting". It's good it did not happen here, because it will irk me.
I got teary eyed when ML said " But I feel... I feel..", after what FL said about him being a doorman and "clarified" she don't mean that she is embarrassed of him doing that work.
