With the timing of how the story is progressing; I feel like we should be halfway through the series working our way towards the finale. It makes me wonder. I did see someone comment below about the second season of Meteor Garden two and am wondering with them if this remake isnt going to be combining both seasons into one? Either way, I typically dont like dramas that are longer than 20 episodes but I am in it for the long haul. :)

I never watched the Original Meteor Garden but I have so far watched many of the remakes. I am incredibly impressed by this drama. I love the acting; its believable and has just the right amount of chemistry. As much as I dislike the main male lead for his plain abusive and manipulative behavior; I also find myself slowly growing to like him more and more. And the main female lead also plays her part perfectly. I have no complaints about this drama...only that four episodes in we seem to really be into the main part of the story. How much more can they add with 48 episodes? I will have to see.
