Can someone recommend a similar drama where they investigate cases and solve them in one episode and that the…
Diary of a Prosecutor, Dr Romantic (to some extent + was a medical drama rather than a legal drama), Witch at Court, Queen of Mystery.
Although the focus on romance is minimal in many of them, they're similar to this one as in there's usually an overarching storyline + new case/story every episode (or every 2-3 ep).
So much potential wasted. Great casting, SUPER good premise, but somewhere along the way it fell apart or maybe it never took off. I can't even tell anymore. My biggest problem with this was the length. Why do Kdrama directors/producers not understand a good drama does not have to be 10 eps or longer? This drama would've worked better as a HBO-style miniseries with ~6-8 episode length total. Due to the length, there was some big pacing issues throughout. I really wanted to enjoy it because it was everything felt great except for the direction itself. By the end it felt like I was forcing myself to watch this. 7/10
IKR? This is NOT based on the books at all outside of the title of the drama and the "sisters" and the "rich aunt"…
Yeah I read that book as a kid and re-read it again after watching the Winona Ryder movie and again right before watching the Saoirse Ronan movie. I'm watching this currently and this is so not Little Women.
The oldest sister in both the novel and drama believes that marrying well will solve problems for herself and…
That's the book. Whereas in the drama it's VERY obvious that Jo's character got split into both Kim Ga Eun and Nam Ji Hyun's character. In Joo is hybrid if some characteristics of both Jo and Meg. Amy doesn't exist on the other hand and Park Ji Hu is Beth.
I really want to know how this is based on the book ... lol! Just because there are 3 sisters ? Are you kidding…
IKR? This is NOT based on the books at all outside of the title of the drama and the "sisters" and the "rich aunt" premise xD Literally the whole plot is completely different.
This is so much better than the other law dramas that are currently airing. Enjoying this. Only disappointment is that they turned my man Ha Joon into a villain :/
Rain-Payu story ended or not? I'm awfully tired of waiting for Sky's part to start. I couldn't care less about the former couple. This show could've been much bigger if they had started with that couple. Almost everywhere I go, I see people complaining about not having that couple appear yet.
Yes, the last 2 dramas were not good at all. The first one was so bad, It's Beautiful Now was a painful watch…
Yep those dramas are my fave weekend family dramas too. I honestly didn't like even Revolutionary Sisters. Once Again imo was the last good drama on this timeslot.
The first episode was okay. I liked it. But, not the strong start that I would have expected. The production quality…
Yes, the last 2 dramas were not good at all. The first one was so bad, It's Beautiful Now was a painful watch too. I hope this one's good. I need good family dramas like Once Again or My Only One to be back.
Wi Ha Joon carried this drama all the way. I don't think I would have watched this fully if not for him. Also Kim Hi Eo Ra is amazing too. These 2 were scene stealers and outperformed everyone by miles and even made it worth watching through the mediocre writing.
