As someone who hated the old show and the book's romanticisation of toxicity, I actually really liked the changes the show made. While it still has the same premise and retains some of the toxicity, most of it is different from the book. Which I REALLY liked.
Now I wanna watch Neua-North or Tossara-Bar and how better it would be with changes like this.
Finally watching this and my lord Dome-Vee chemistry is through the roof. They don't even have any skinship so far but their gazes... they relay everything. The way Dome looks at Vee is just *fans my face*. This couple alone is overshadowing the other 2 couples soooo hard through their intense chemistry. That might've been true if these same people hadn't complained about the age gap in every age gap dramas of recent times, whether romance or not (Tomorrow, Why Her etc. for example). Bad oof because in Psychopath Diary, he had quite a unique role. Whereas this role sounds like a generic rich male character from a Chaebol drama who hides all his deeds with money.
