It was a nice n sweet series but maybe it's just me but the 'baby' thing was now getting on my last nerve. Maybe it's a cultural thing and it's different here in the west. But anyways once or twice I guess it's alright but continuously? erm NOPE. It was too much. I have noticed that even in Thai dramas they do the wifey bit a lot too. Quite annoying I must say.
What a sweet series. Even though the storyline has been done to death in several romantic dramas and movies but this one just has an "it" factor for sure. Most def adding this one in my favs.
The saying "A good director can make an average actor look spectacular, and a bad director can make a really good actor look below average", fits this series so well.
This series is such a breath of fresh air. It gave me vibes of my all-time favorite movie Birdcage. I know the storyline is different but the main leads seemed pretty similar to me, two guys in their 40s in a long-term relationship, one square and another one insecure and bubbly. As the previous reviewer mentioned the food prep scenes all totally scrumptious so yes it is a good idea to watch it before mealtime. ;) All in all a lovely watch, especially loved the last episode, Kenji was so adorably nervous and yet so considerate to Shiro's parents. Wonderful acting, a must-watch in my humble opinion.
I fell in love with its mini-series and thought that I'll be super bored watching the same story again. Boy was I surprised, the movie version is equally cute if not more. This is an absolutely breathtaking slice of life movie, superbly acted that will leave you feeling warm and fuzzy all over. A must watch in my opinion.
kyoichi is one of the most self-centered MLs I have seen. As much as I felt bad for Tamaki, I felt totally miserable for Imagase. All the actors did a wonderful job especially the MLs in making me feel every emotion with them. I feel it’s a very underrated movie, loved every minute of it.

Have a good one. Cheerz.
