The employees were happy because they got confirmation from Italy that they could return the fabric and get their money back, except for a returning fee, if the quality and the quantity of the fabric remains the same. They stored the fabrics in the warehouse provided by Mr. Pyo (who's the dad of ML'S rival) on credit. However, the contract had a clause that if they don't retrieve the fabric or make a payment in 72 hrs, they'll seize the goods. The ML's company overlooked this and in their failure to meet the requirements, lost the fabric. Therefore, they were left with no fabric, no money, and lots of unpaid dues. This is why all the employees left.
